Printer was broken when we went (I was told beforehand), but then never received a call when prints were done. I called 2 weeks later and was told they were ready. Stopped in to get them. Two employees there, and both were involved in taking photos. Had to wait 20 mins just to get the prints (already paid for), and again, felt as though I was more of a bother than I was appreciated. This, plus the fact that their packages are expensive, I would not recommend.
