The absolute worst remodeling company we could've found…read more Started with our project manager Danny who clearly did not know anything about remodeling and had us purchase all the wrong things. His crew destroyed our home and used/stole a few of our personal items without permission. We got the owner Mark involved who sent a new crew who was unfortunately just as incompetent. They rushed the entire bathroom renovation so poorly we had them redo a few bathrooms which were still not up to par. We now are a few months past our renovation and have noticed our bath tub is leaking due to poor install and all of the caulking in our master bathroom has started to crack. I have recaulked everything myself and it looks so much better. We resolved several plumbing issues with a legitimate plumbing company who was able to confirm the bathrooms were done incorrectly. The worst part was after all of these headaches, the owner still insisted we pay full cost for the project. I'm 7 months pregnant and the amount of inconvenience and stress this has put on myself is absolutely ridiculous. Please be more mindful when picking a remodel company. It became clear that the people they hire have no experience, they are all just friends and family members of the owners. Additionally, I have seen bad reviews like these pop up but very shortly they are removed which explains their 5 star average.
