So I needed a new printer, gave the store one last chance on a $750 printer. went to pick it up hours later and there's some kind of issue with the card billing address and they won't hand over the printer. can't imagine what the problem is, same card and billing address we've had for several years. Next thing I know an email pops up and they've cancelled the order on me!! What!! I don't recommend using Tri-County Office Supply to purchase you ink cartridges. I purchased HP…read moreprinter cartridges - 902 on 4/10/26 (Black/Yellow/Magenta/Cyan). When I placed the new cartridges into my printer the printer displayed the cartridges were defective. When I placed my old cartridges back into the printer then it function but of course the ink was low so the printed document ink was light. I then brought a new set up ink cartridges from Office Max and they worked fine. I returned all of cartridges to Tri-County Office Supply and explained that the cartridges were displaying defective on the printer and the printer would not print anything. The manager stated that they could not provide a refund because I open and inserted them into my printer. . I stated to them how would you know they were defective unless you insert them into your printer. They stated for me to contact HP to get a replacement or possibly a refund. I contacted HP and they did replace the cartridge. I wanted a refund plus I WOULD NOT BUY ink cartridges from them in the future. At this point I will not be back to purchase anything from Tri-County Office Supply. I recommend becoming a member from Office Max because once you are a member you will receive 10% discount and they will ship any of their product free to your home. You can order anything from Office Max website plus they deliver to your home FREE!
