You come in you get the hello and the smile (under the mask :) They are knowledgeable and willing to work with you to help. They do check engine test (like most places) and no problem coming outside to look at the car for you. Maybe they are not mechanics but they have knowledge and patience which is perfect. They work quickly and get everything you need. I also would like to point out that o didn't get the feeling of upsale (trying to sell you things you don't need or just recommend it to you for just in case. I will definitely stop here again for my car related things (as I like to do things myself most of the time)

So I got a turbo booster fixed on my car put the car in the shop in on the 14th. The car been in…read morethe shop all the way to today I went in and pick the car up today. The clerk in the store said he didn't fix anything and he didn't do anything to it so he don't know what's going on with the car and I couldn't take the car. I've been trying to get my car for over two weeks now Jose is off left no instructions. He's the manager he left no pricing no nothing I paid 1887 for a turbo booster and wasn't able to drive it so we left it with Jose on Monday the 17th And I couldn't pick it up today. I gave him all my money and he come back and say that I owe him another 1700 I keep calling Corporate they say that they don't have. Anything I can do until they contact him I feel like my car is being held hostage and I need to go put in a police report. Here is what I paid for it and wasn't able to drive it. He come back now and say that I need a radiator of fuel pump And a water pump because the cooler system went out if you fix the turbo and then hook the cooling system up right it will cause my car to overheat and my car wasn't overheating at all. They just didn't put no coolant in there and Jose filled the coolant up and it never went hot again now Jose come back after he take the 1875 and then tell me I owe him another 1665 for him to fix the coolant the radiator and the water pump, but when I went to pick the I picked up the car today had to take the police with me cause I went yesterday. They refused to release the car to me. Corporate never called me. Jose tried to charge me $360 which he told me it was 230 price gouging again took the car had it towed to Meineke you got a leak still water pump leak loose too much plastic on it so $1700 and he didn't even do his job right I'll see you in court. You gonna treat me like shit. I was right you didn't fix my car correctly and I just hate that no one from mine in respond but once I take this to Court I bet you will.
