The Best Dental Experience Ever. Dr Reyhani and staff - Liz, Tiffany and Samantha - were like a Charlie's Angels of upscale dentistry. Witty, smart and adorable. The entire space was bright with natural light, had futuristic technologies and a bedside manner woven into the fabric. When I was a child, they gave you a Dum Dum lollipop if you were well behaved at the dentist. Here they have a menu of A) beverages ie lattes, espresso, sparkling water, etc and B) anti-anxiety options like nitrous during cleanings, THC or CBD and even the option to have your hand held during any procedure. Seriously! And while they are puttering around in your mouth, they have Smart TVs on the ceiling so you can watch the game, Netflix or Judge Judy... whatever - with noise canceling headphones so you never have to hear the horrible whirring sound of dental instruments of destruction! (I chose to watch the legendary and terrifying dentist scene from Dustin Hoffman's "Marathon Man" to test the limits, even asking Dr Ben to repeatedly ask me "Is it safe?" That's funny. Google it.) The entire experience was thoroughly inviting, painless and if you can imagine this... it was actually "fun." Really fun. The entire crew were genuinley teeming with smiles the whole way thru. It was infectious. The dentist, like doing taxes, was a fear of mine so rooted that I always waited until the last minute or more to avoid the agony. Now, I eat Butterfingers before bed hoping that the Tooth Fairy gives me cavities so I have a reason to go back to Genesis. read more

The most luxurious dental experience I've ever had. Genesis honestly feels more like a spa than a dentist with stunning interiors, calming atmosphere, and such an amazing team from start to finish. I believe Dr. Ben Reyhani's incredibly disingenuous and deceptive initial DARVO Yelp response is followed by another - which irresponsibly enables Samantha's outrageously inappropriate conduct. I believe they are an UTTER DISGRACE to the healthcare profession - especially given the extremely deceptive DARVO responses which I believe are attempts to falsely COERCE and DERAIL the public - which is highly concerning especially for a dentist. Read my original review and look at Dr. Reyhani's responses which I believe are incredibly DISHONEST, MANIPULATIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL and judge for yourself if you can trust this extremely deceitful and shady dental office. This review is what I believe to be true based on my experiences and opinion. It's a shame how Dr. Reyhani is now feigning ignorance PRETENDING that he does not know about this experience instead of taking accountability. I've included screenshots of when I spoke to Samantha and Dr. Reyhani only 2 days ago. I spoke with Dr. Reyhani TWICE this week (see screenshots) including the SAME day I wrote this review and even mentioned the review. Dr. Reyhani initially apologized about this experience, but is now denying it. Dr. Reyhani and his team have also crossed a serious boundary by going through my Yelp account and ignorantly boasting about it in his first response which, in my opinion, comes across as CREEPY and highly inappropriate (See screenshots). My truthful reviews are nobody's business and they note different details. I've never had this type of experience and also never called anyone an utter disgrace which I believe Dr. Reyhani and Samantha FULLY EARNED. It is called Freedom of Speech about experiences with a business. Original Review: I believe Samantha is incredibly rude, unprofessional and UNFIT to work at any office - let alone a dental office. Due to her highly inappropriate and verbally aggressive conduct on the phone - I believe she greatly lacks mental and emotional intelligence and is highly arrogant and ignorant. I simply asked to leave a message for Dr. Reyhani. I spoke to him a day prior and he agreed to review dental images. I explained this to Samantha. She asked with an attitude: "What is this regarding?" I politely mentioned I just explained. She sounded even more irritated and asked: "Are you a patient or is this for a position?" It was as of she has never heard of a potential patient sending photos to a dentist. I reiterated Dr. Reyhani knows. She said: "Ok! I will tell him know it's for a position." I believe this comment was retaliatory reframing to assert authority while seemingly assuming that I was looking for a job - even though I had made clear that I had emailed photos to Dr. Reyhani per our discussion. She also boasted that she is "a director" which confirmed the aforementioned attempt to establish authority. She constantly talked over me and would not let me speak. I politely said she's being rude and unprofessional. She then rudely projected and HUNG UP the phone. ZERO CLASS. I called back to ask for my dental images email to be deleted. Before I could get a word in she started talking nonstop saying: "We record all our calls." As I educated her that recording calls without consent is illegal in CA - she kept talking over me and HUNG UP the phone AGAIN. I believe this was another SILENCING attempt as well as projection given how recording calls would only make her look bad. She attempted to SILENCE initially by being verbally aggressive on the phone, not allowing me to speak and then hanging up the phone TWICE. On the last call I believe she backpedaled as she said she meant they record phone numbers. As I told her I'm sending a CCPA letter, she continued with her condescending and patronizing manner saying; "Ohhhhh" then mentioning my name in a highly dismissive tone to devalue the experience. Then she put Dr. Reyhani on the phone. I explained this experience to Dr. Reyhani and he apologized. He also noted he didn't receive the email and to resend it. The attempt to silence continued after I wrote this review as it was initially removed. I believe Samantha demonstrated her level of mental and emotional intelligence as well as priorities. In my opinion, Samantha attempts to inappropriately assert control to compensate for her own insecurities and ego. If you don't allow her to cross boundaries and don't comply by her dictatorial demands - she rudely interrupts and speaks over you continuously while she hangs up the phone twice. In my opinion, Samatha is a tremendous liability to any business - especially in healthcare. I believe Samantha is a HIGHLY ENTITLED unprofessional who does not respect basic boundaries and prioritizes asserting authority over care and professionalism. I wish I would have gone to dr. Ben years ago, he is kind gentle and will give you the results you are looking for. I was scared of the pain he made sure i didn't feel pain. I am 75 years old had all my teeth pulled out and temporary implants put in after that went out for coffee. The drs office is like being in a high class spa, I also live probably 60 miles from where his office is. I would for sure drive as far as needed to get his care. They even ask ahead of time what your beverage of choice is so it's ready when you arrive--I always choose the flavored sparkling water. In the waiting area, there's an obvious yet discreet sign outlining the various comfort therapies available. The back-office staff are dressed in coordinated FIGS scrubs--no cartoon characters here--just polished, professional, and cohesive attire. After posting my last experience and finally getting my veneers today 12/22/25 Dr Reyhani demanded me to remove the review from yelp. He and sematha gave me forms to sign, of course I didn't sign because it was their responsibility to follow up with the patient plan. For 8 months they didn't-they're the professionals. Today Samantha refuses to give me hard copies of my file which states activity dr notes and communication attempts, stating she emailed them- nothing on my email. To quite me she said everything is in the invoices/receipts. She lied. Under HIPAA rights I'm legally entitled to one. They took zero liability and keep blaming me but keep messing up like not returning $400 credit that i had which shows in my invoice I got today. . This keeps supporting my proof that $$$ matters more than patients. My experience is real and the threats were real and concerning. read more

Although visiting the dentist office is one of the most stressful experience one can have, at least for me, Dr Ben Reyhani and his team did everything they could to defuse my stress and make my visit almost enjoyable... Zara, Lupe and Samantha were great, very friendly while professional. Genesis, Dr Ben's clinic, is large and inviting, not at all what you'd expect from a dentist office. It's more like an hotel reception and lobby. After getting my coffee, and discussing the reason of my visit, I got a CT scan and some photos taken. Then the Dr Reyhani came, a very pleasant individual that while being very professional, explained to me in detail and in a relaxing manner, what I should expect from my surgery and how my procedure will come about. After understanding everything about it, I sat with Zara to discuss my payment plan. The price quoted was around what I was expecting, especially after getting consultations and quotes from four other dentists. So now that everything was explained and financially settled, I'm waiting for the date set for my procedure.
