When you try to talk to her, she will try to belittle you and if you don't know the law, (thank god we do) she'll try to intimidate you. They do not own the buildings they rent, and refused to give us information to contact the landlord when we were having issues with them. We loved our apartment, but the when we asked for a re-negotiation on the rent based on an issue with the shower that the management company refused to fix, no one responded for months and only called to ask us about it when we withheld rent. Altogether, the worst company you could possibly choose to rent through. Cannot stress the horrible service and the negligence of basic needs. Needless to say we'll be reporting them. Do not waste your time, your energy, and your sanity dealing with this company. You will regret renting through MetroPro.

Which is a real shame, considering the building itself is a nice one and most of the staff that works here is incredibly nice, cordial, professional and VERY hard working. Pretty pathetic! The building staff are really good people who care and are very cordial and friendly and that's one of the few things good about the place. Overall though the negatives far outweigh the positives and at some point soon enough you figure out is just not worth it.

Based on our experience we recommend her 100% without any reservations. Between my wife and me we have done at least 50 R.E. deals over the years and currently own 3 homes and one investment property. So, we have done business with LOTS of realtors. I myself was a realtor for about five years. So, again, lots of experience. We both think Joanne is as good as it gets - Reliable, knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, xlnt communicator AND, as a bonus, a pleasure to deal with personally. I filled out a pre-qualification list and she emailed me back at 10pm, saying that my answers were unclear when truthfully, she just cannot understand. I completed the application, but while I had issues and voiced these problems, she did not care. She gave me a number to call and they were much more helpful with her crappy application link than she was. On the precheck, I put that I have an ESA dog and it wasn't until AFTER I paid $95 for the application, that she said pets were not allowed. She is beyond unprofessional and I will do whatever it takes to make sure people know how horrible of a person and agent she is.
