I'd like to thank my favorite 80's Brittish metal band, Grimm Reaper, for inspiring this review…read more Their hit single from 1984, from the like-titled album "See You in Hell" goes a little something like this... "Can I make you an offer you can't refuse I kept my eyes on you 'cause I tell you that you lose And you can come with me to a place you'll know so well And I will take you to the very gates of hell CHORUS See you in hell my friend See you in hell my friend See you in hell my friend I'll see you in hell!!!" OK, in all seriousness- this song is more of a laugh out loud joke, but dealing with this place was more of a nightmare. So unless you enjoy dealing with inept management, uninterested association members, their legal team who will mislead you all the way to court, then call for delays in hearings, and only to charge more in their over all "court costs" (ie- money in their pocket), you might want to stay away from this place... Which is a real shame, considering the building itself is a nice one and most of the staff that works here is incredibly nice, cordial, professional and VERY hard working. Unfortunately from what I've seen- these nice, hard working people are also treated unfairly. Francisco, Sonya and Pedro- I miss you all and hope you are well!

I wish I could give them zero starts. I agree with the other reviewer almost completely. The…read moremanagement are a bunch of incompetent greedy mess of a people who are so hard to deal with and are so incredibly uptight about stuff, you'll be happy you left this building. The structure itself and the amenities are very good but sadly those don't matter when you have board members and condo owners who are just rude, inconsiderate and pompous that think anything goes because they have a small amount of power. Pretty pathetic! The building staff are really good people who care and are very cordial and friendly and that's one of the few things good about the place. Overall though the negatives far outweigh the positives and at some point soon enough you figure out is just not worth it.

I remember thinking how attentive and patient she was during our conversation and that put me at ease. After discussing her credentials we proceeded to schedule an appointment. Upon our first meeting she came ready to work and access the damage. We knew our home needed work and Sandra gave us some "tough love" ideas and assignments. She was so professional and yet friendly and told us what we needed to do to get the best value for our home. What I also like about Sandra is how she'd make suggestions and ask for our input. She made us feel as though we were a part of the process and not just sitting on the sideline, even though we usually leaned in her favor. Although Sandra had other clients and responsibilities she was accessible and proactive. She's extremely skilled in the market and very conscientious. She has a very keen sense for detail that I've truly learned to appreciate. She doesn't settle for mediocrity and that's an invaluable quality in any real estate agent. We've since met Sandra's requirements and recommendations and we're beyond pleased. Sandra's an excellent Real Estate Agent and I would put her up against any top agent in the country. That's just how great she is!!!!!!!

The staff I've interacted with (Amari and Tanisha for calls and work orders, Stefan for maintenance) have been very lovely, quite friendly and polite, and they do make me feel quite cared about. I'm usually extremely anxious about making or picking up phone calls, but I do tend to pick up the ones that seem to be follow-ups from Mac about work orders because the staff I've interacted with make me feel much more at ease than usual. I also find maintenance to be very personable. Stefan and the others who have come by have been very attentive and thorough with the work they've done, and they always verbally check in with us if we're home when they come in, to make sure that they've completed work orders exactly as we wanted. Mac's resident portal isn't great, the help articles are atrociously unhelpful, and I don't really understand why they ask for preferences around contact for work orders because they always email and call regardless of what you indicate. The lawn is always somewhat overrrun with weeds, regardless of the season, so that's a little annoying as well. But maintenance is always incredibly prompt, and usually when the weather gets nicer, someone adds some nice plants to the flower pots outside my unit, which I appreciate. So overall.... I don't exactly feel like Mac Properties totally makes looking after residents their very top priority, but I don't have much to complain about either. I wish we had central a/c and more control over heating, but I suppose it's an old building and that's not really within their control. And I really do appreciate the staff. They're probably the biggest upside to living where I do.

Instead, I am met with avoidance, disregard, and false claims of completed work orders, while they insist there is no mouse infestation or evidence of mice in my unit. The landlord continues to deny that there is a problem. They refuse to credit my account for the cost of materials I purchased on my own to protect my home. Calls and work orders remain unaddressed, and they mark them as complete without any resolution. This situation has been ongoing since May 2025. It has become so severe that mice are now openly visible, as if they pay rent, and they walk around the traps. This is a health hazard, and I can't even stay in my home comfortably. I have posted a new video that substantiates my experience thus far.
