I initially bought a single session to see if I liked it, and I ended up liking it so much that I purchased a 6-session. I was only able to use maybe 4 sessions due to ongoing difficulty scheduling. I would put in appointment requests whenever I had time off from work, but most of them were denied. I even tried booking during times when I saw she already had other clients, thinking it would be more accommodating to her schedule. I scheduled an appointment for December 19, but it was never approved. She ended up texting me asking if I was running late. I explained that it wasn't approved but that I could be there in 17 mins but she had another client so I asked to reschedule, but I never received a response. I continued trying to make appointments and reached out to ask when she would be working so I could plan around her availability, but again received no response. On December 22, I reached out about an appointment since my package expiration was coming up and I wanted to avoid another miscommunication. She replied that she wouldn't be able to approve that appointment but said I could use one when I was available. I thanked her and told her I'd text again to see when she would be working so I could work around her schedule. I texted on January 6 after vacation asking if she would be at work the next day with no response. I followed up again on January 20 asking if she was available in the next few days with no response. My final message on January 23 explained that I had been trying to reach out and make appointments, asked when she would be working so I could use my last session, and thanked her. I sent this to the same number, her work page, and her personal page in case she hadn't seen the earlier messages since I saw she was active on social media but still no response. Shortly after I sent the messages, I tried to make another appointment and found that I was blocked from making future appointments. I've been ghosted. It's really unfortunate that it ended this way. I was so excited to be working on myself since I don't usually splurge on things like this for myself, since it's a lot of money, but I feel like the lack of communication and scheduling issues made it kind of disappointing experience overall.

First off, the place is was not too far of a drive for me and easy to get to but it was in a…read moreslightly sketchy location. The studio is pretty cute as it is, as others have mentioned all pink. She looks like she does really good with keeping her equipment and place clean. Onto the procedure. I came in for the BBL 360 and tummy work (1hr) combo and the facial procedure. I only purchased one of each as I wasn't really sure what to expect and how I would feel about the procedures/results. So she didn't take my measurements before the procedure, just afterwards so I wasn't sure what kind of results I got from the one tummy treatment. I would have to keep coming I suppose at this point. The tummy session was cookie cutter and quick but overall seemed to be ok. The one negative experience I had was with the butt treatment. It was my first time trying any of these so she told me if I could deal with the discomfort to just get thru it. The procedure was pretty uncomfortable and did produce some results unfortunately though, I was very badly bruised. The bruises stayed on my butt for 3 weeks or so bc they were pretty bad. Kind of defeats the purpose in getting the booty plumped up if you can't actually show it bc of the bruising. Would not recommend that procedure or if you do, maybe don't take her advice and have her start at a much lower setting. For the facial procedure, I didn't get any before pics and could she advised I wouldn't see results until after 3/4 procedures. Not sure it did anything for me. I was not really satisfied with the overall experience and decided to not come back. Originally I was going to buy a bulk package but glad I didn't. I have also seen her posts where she scolds her clients and tells them they need to come every week to use the packages, anything else is "not acceptable". I feel like there is no need to approach it that way and not saying there shouldn't be an expiration date but I feel there should be some wiggle room as not everyone has the same goals and idk if every week is feasible for everyone. Comes off more like she wants you to use up the sessions asap so she can get it over with and be paid. I have since found another body sculptor in OC who is much more flexible and is truly invested in her clients results. She has been great at showing me before and after pictures right after each session so I can see the results from my tummy work, full body lymphatic drainage and a focus on stubborn fat as well as my facial lymphatic massage. She also tailors the sessions and procedures to what I need and she doesn't have any requirements or even recommendations that you HAVE to come every week. It is dependent on your goals and she is very honest with you about the recommendations. If you are thinking of coming to this place and want real results, go somewhere else as this place it's just aesthetics owned by an IG creator who has had Lipo/ BBL and lots of other work on themselves but is potentially selling it like it's a result of body sculpting. Find another place babes!

I need to brag about an amazing experience at Genesis Medical Aesthetics. About 60 days ago I had a procedure called Ultherapy on my face, neck, and chin. Renee made me feel so comfortable. She told me that it could take up to 90 days to see results. She even went into detail to let me know exactly how the laser works on my skin. I knew she was a perfectionist by the detailed way in which she worked on my skin. I would also like to mention that the moment I walked through the door the entire staff was so kind to me. It was as if everyone was there to spoil me! After almost 60 days I am seeing amazing results! Thank you Renee and the entire Genesis staff for giving me my confidence back! Good afternoon. I have purchased products & services from this location for over 5 years. Last week I had purchased a small bottle of fading cream for a few unwanted blemishes. The cream was extremely watery & bubbles. So, I contacted the location for a resolution. The reply was the pharmacy said it's ok to be watery. So, I decided to contact Kaiser & a local medical center to inquire about the watery product. It was said to request for a "REFUND" . After spending over 7.8K at this location, I'm calling it quits!! The technicians, Gina and Leanne are both pros who have alot of experience with the procedures and machines. I like this practice because it has alot of the higher-end technology that many places do not have and the people are truly terrific. By the second appointment, everyone in the practice knew my name and they were also helpful and flexible in me coming in-between procedures for extra help. It's also more reasonably priced that most places that have the same services. Gina is awesome. She's seen alot and gives you honest advice about any question you throw her way. No-one here is trying to sell you on anything but just generally be of help. For anyone skeptical about fat reduction treatments, Vanquish works and does the job well. After three appointments I already lost an inch around my midsection. After a few years with a large midsection due to hormone imbalances, Covid and other factors, it was self-affirming to see signs of my old body coming back. My clothes fit much better. I do feel more confident, which I did not necessarily expect. I think this can be a great option for anyone looking to boost their progress from a healthy diet or exercise program or anyone wanting to look and feel their best after babies, surgeries or for any reason.
