I booked an appointment with Taylor, and she was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire treatment. She was absolutely amazing!

I discovered Luxe Sculpt Spa while searching for a lymphatic massage to help me relax and detox. I really wanted to try their Ultimate Luxe Treatment Sculpt Detox ($250/75 min) but the nearest availability could only squeeze me in for the Luxe Sculpt Drainage Treatment ($170/45 min). To make an appointment here, you would need to create a profile online and pre-pay half as a deposit. There is a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy to be aware of if you don't want to lose your money. If you call in, their receptionist will tell you to go online, but if you have any issues, to call her back and she can talk you through the steps. Prior to your appointment, drink a lot of water and stay hydrated for the best detox results. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early as I do going to any spa for the first time to check in and see if they need me to sign any paperwork. They have a really nice lobby area. The receptionist offered me water and asked if I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting. I had my sessions with Samantha. She came and welcomed me to the treatment room. It was very clean. The table was lined with disposable sheets and even a warming sheet to keep you warm. They had disposable bras and underwears to protect your clothes from getting dirty. Samantha explained that each treatment will be customized to your body and your preferences. She asked if there was any areas I would like to focus on, and I mentioned my stomach. She warned me that she would be applying a lot of pressure to release the lymphs but I thought the pressure was amazing and relaxing... but I do like firm pressure massages. In addition to the full body lymph massage, she also did a fat cavitation and apply sculpting tools to my stomach area. Throughout the whole treatment Samantha was super professional and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. After the treatment, she reminded me to drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol for maximum detox. This is great for a quick detox. If you're looking for extreme results, you should come 1-2 times a month. It isn't reasonable to expect quick change for just one visit. After undergoing surgery, I was understandably nervous about the recovery process and finding someone knowledgeable who could properly support my healing. From my very first appointment, Ivonne immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, kindness, and clear expertise in post-op care. Ivonne is incredibly attentive and thorough. She took the time to carefully assess my healing progress and tailored each session specifically to what my body needed at that stage of recovery. Her lymphatic drainage techniques were gentle yet extremely effective, helping to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and make the healing process much more comfortable. She also explained everything she was doing and why, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was in very capable hands. What stood out most to me was how genuinely caring Ivonne is. 4 stars for the therapists. I had both Taylor and Reyna. I had a tummy tuck and arm lift in January and knew that I would need to do lymphatic massages. Yelp, google, and IG were my sources. I had friends who had places but, I guess not great enough to tell me who it was lol I took away 1 star simply for my last interaction. It was a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't want to spend more time and money to drive to Newport Beach. If anyone knows me, knows that I literally live by my calendar. I put on there if I go see my 3 year old nephew for half an hour. I had it on my calendar on Friday at 5pm. Looking back at my last 3-4 appointments, they were always at 5pm. I work in Fontana and come from work most days to Newport Beach for this appointment. Anyways, I got a text at 4:06pm on Friday asking if I was on my way and if I missed my 4pm appointment, I owe them the cost of the session. I 100% understand this and recognize this policy and would not miss it. I texted back and then called. The person who answered was so defensive and kept saying no refund, you missed it, etc.... The part that made me most frustrated was that she kept saying that I got reminder texts. I insisted I have never even received one. Thinking back, I made my initial appointment online and I was never even notified if it was accepted. I had to call that day or the day before to CONFIRM if my appointment was that day. Not one reminder text. I am also the person who keeps all my works emails and most text threads for this reason. I have other places that uses Vagaro as their way to book appointments and I can confirm that those places do send me reminders. Sometimes OVERLY remind me. If my wax girl, the one person show sends me a text around 3pm the day before my appointment EVERY single time for years. The ONE time she didn't, I texted her to check on her! I don't even show up LATE to these appointments. I waited to write this review as I was really angry but, it's not fair to the therapists and I felt bad that my therapist missed an appointment. I had purchased another 5 pack and asked for a refund. They did issue it without a problem since I didn't even use 1 session from the package because I supposedly missed it. I asked my husband if I was being irrational if I asked for a full refund since I know how I can be and he's the most rational person I know. I went and bought a package somewhere else. read more

Reyna's massage is exactly like Yasmir's from Dr. Jung's office. I had a BBL with Dr. Jung on September 17, and the only post-op massages I received at his office were from Yasmir, his lead massage therapist. Since then, I've tried several different post-op lymphatic massage therapists in OC, and honestly, I was about to give up on finding someone who could deliver the same experience Dr. Jung recommends. Then I found Reyna--she exceeded all my expectations. She smoothed out all my tough spots and made the whole experience pleasant. I purchased 10 sessions package and waited to review after my 9th lymphatic massage. I have had the pleasure of having Taylor, Tiffany, and Dee/Dana as my therapist. These ladies are professional, they know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. At my first massage, Taylor and Dee explained everything in great detail. They explained the benefits and importance of having a lymphatic massage. My first few visits, they did a manual massage. By my 6th massage, they incorporated wood therapy and cavitation. The therapists took their time massaging and was very gentle. At times, it did tickle. After each massage, I noticed a significant difference in my waist. It was much more sculpted and less bloated/swollen. I compared pictures from my first visit to my later visits....WOW! Such an improvement. My lymph nodes were swollen and the massages really helped to release fluid. The facility is very clean and modern. Jewel, the receptionist, always greeted me with a warm hello and smile followed by a bottle of water. She was very thorough and while I was getting mad and throwing a fit in the room due to not being able to move or undress fast enough , she maintained her professionalism and didn't kick me out or give up on me . I had heard SO many good things about Luxe Sculpt, on top of a few of my friends referring me after their 5 star visits. I had to come by to see for myself! All in all, my experience was 11/10. I could NOT recommend this business more. The specialists are the best I have come across in Orange County/LA, and are so educated + sweet. They really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable, informed and explained everything for me to understand. When I get body contouring services elsewhere, I typically don't see more than 1/2-1 inch difference. After just ONE session here, I melted off 2 WHOLE INCHES!!!
