The staff of JCC is amazing but this review is towards nurse Connie!! She is so knowledgeable & is able to answer all of my concerns. My goal was to have a natural yet subtle look, so we went with Daxxify on my massesters, nose & forehead. I've gotten Botox & Dysport before & was not a big fan. Botox gave me a completely frozen look which I did not like. Dysport didn't last as long & gave me tension headaches & anxiety. With Daxxify, because it contains less/not as much preservative, I felt more confident with the results & loved it. I also like being able to have some slight movements too. It's been about 6 months since my last injectable & I still don't need to touch up, especially on my massesters as it's still slim & chiseled Love love love the crew of JCC!! Recently got micro needling done to reduce the acne scars and pore size on my face. The procedure was so easy with minimal pain pretty much zero pain. The friendly staff made me feel super comfortable and described every step of the procedure. The results have been drastic with most of the acne scar showing substantial lightning. The pores specially on my nose have gotten much smaller. Recovery was 3 to 4 days staying out of direct sunlight, I experienced some peeling which exposed fantastic results. And I am soooooooo glad I tried them out bc I would've never known what else was out there. Their facility is new and very clean, free and easy parking too. (Parking is important as a former LA resident). I met with Christine RN and she was soooo sweet and professional. She definitely knows her stuff. I have a low pain tolerance and she was gentle and I barely felt a thing. I like that she didn't try to pressure or upsell me and instead doing what works best for my face.
