I came in today for my appointment, and my nurse, Christine, was AMAZING. To start, the booking process was smooth. It was my first Xeomin treatment, so I was a bit anxious and had many questions. Christine was incredibly patient and made me feel both comfortable and confident. She answered all my questions in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner. The online questionnaire, as well as the pre- and post-care instructions, were also very helpful in easing my anxiety. My first impression of the establishment was that it's cute and clean, giving off a calm, relaxing vibe. The prices here also beat most places, after doing some research--totally worth every penny! Christine went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, even giving me little stress balls. She explained the entire process and was so gentle with the injections that it didn't hurt at all--just felt like a tiny pinprick. Recently, my husband went to JCC for a treatment, and he couldn't be more pleased. The practitioner, Joyleen, was incredible and put him right at ease. The environment is calming and pristine. Joyleen was so gentle and professional that he felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, addressing all of his questions and concerns. The technicians, Gina and Leanne are both pros who have alot of experience with the procedures and machines. I like this practice because it has alot of the higher-end technology that many places do not have and the people are truly terrific. By the second appointment, everyone in the practice knew my name and they were also helpful and flexible in me coming in-between procedures for extra help. It's also more reasonably priced that most places that have the same services. Gina is awesome. She's seen alot and gives you honest advice about any question you throw her way. No-one here is trying to sell you on anything but just generally be of help. For anyone skeptical about fat reduction treatments, Vanquish works and does the job well. After three appointments I already lost an inch around my midsection. After a few years with a large midsection due to hormone imbalances, Covid and other factors, it was self-affirming to see signs of my old body coming back. My clothes fit much better. I do feel more confident, which I did not necessarily expect.
