She explained things clearly and made suggestions for what we could adjust or improve at my next appointment, which I really appreciated. She also made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire session, which matters a lot with this kind of treatment. Instead of taking responsibility, offering a refund, or making a meaningful effort to resolve the issue, I have been met with delays and requests for additional information while my concerns remain unresolved. I did not trust them again to return to be evaluated by them but sent my PCP evaluation to them. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask about the experience level of the technician performing their procedure and to carefully consider whether this is the level of customer care they would expect if complications arise.
