I made an appointment on line through the VERY EASY process before I left the house. I get there earlier than appointment time, but there was only one person in front of me. Cristal R. finished up with her then smiled called me up to desk. She quickly went through my paperwork, ask a few questions, & ensuring everything was complete. By the time Cristal's supervisor had finished the VIN certification my plates were ready, I signed final paperwork, paid, & was out the door. The whole process took less than an hour from when I walked into the place. Our new (to us) MINI is now a New Mexican. Only negative thing I can say about the place was bathroom was out of order & for an old guy that can be concerning . Parking would be difficult for a large RV. I highly recommend this place.

Her behavior was unprofessional; she frequently screamed at customers and used a mocking tone when asked questions. On a positive note, the male employee who assisted me with my license today was excellent--polite, helpful, and efficient. I would give him five starts. I suggest that the first employee receive additional training in customer communication, as her current attitude is unacceptable for a front-facing role. I hope this feedback helps in addressing her communication style and ensuring a better environment for your customers.

I've been in 5 times to try and transfer my title from out of state and register my car. Despite…read morebrinign in my car title, the Lomas office claims that they cannot "verify" the title and they keep getting a "hard stop" from the state where it was issued. I called said state DMV office and they informed me that my title is showing up in the national data base. I have gone into MVD now, called and emailed multiple times to try to complete my registration and they refuse to call or email me back. I have reached out to my local legislator to make a complaint as this agency is keeping me from registering my car. I say skip the convenience and go to the state office or maybe try their competitor MVD express. If I could give this place no stars I would.

I really need to start keeping better track of that darn registration that always creeps up on us…read moreevery year or two. Sometimes you get so busy you can't help but to lose track of it. Low and behold here we are tire screeching into the parking lot at the very last minute just to get it done (not really just wanted to add to sense of urgency). Being very urgent on the timing I knew my options. Wait for hours at the state mvd, hit up mvd express with the possibility of still a wait, or hit up MVD and get it done with minimal wait. Honestly if I wasn't crunched for time these days I would've probably hit up the express but seeing as the lack of time available I figured I'd pay the extra 10 bucks. Money well spent! Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The process took about 10 min and I was out the door. They have a stiff $30 fee they tack on but in these circumstances it was well worth the convenience of prompt service. Thanks again MVD Now!

We went here on a Saturday morning to register our new Camper Van and it was an unpleasant…read moreexperience. There were relatively few people there but there were only two staff and the supervisor had locked herself out of her computer because she'd forgotten her password. I worked in tech for 25 years and it happens occasionally, but you call someone to reset your password. You don't sit around helplessly when you have 10 people waiting. Beyond that she seemed very chaotic and disorganized. It took her 10 minutes just to take our names and another 10 to start helping us. But THEN after her confusing and chaotic help we had to wait another 10 minutes for the one active employee to process our info. SHE was very efficient. Another woman had been at the counter when we came in and was waiting for her daughter to come in to finish the transaction. Apparently the chaotic supervisor had missed this conversation and rudely interrogated the woman about why she was there. It was such a bad experience that I opted for a main MVD branch when I had to do update my driver's license. I understand that bureuacratic work like this is difficult but it's more difficult when the person you're relying on for help is chaotic and inneficient.

I researched this locations hours on their website before taking off and found that they were only renewing licenses by appointment. Making the appointment was very easy to do on the website and I got in and out pretty quickly. I removed one star because the person assisting me did not hide his irritation that I do not have 20/20 vision and had to repeat the eye test. Darn that astigmatism! (Said while shaking my fist).
