I dropped of a package at this location. I have used several of the FedEx locations in Albuquerque and I know how it works. You just drop it off and you can opt to get a receipt or not. This time I had everything ready except the box needed to be sealed. The lady in her late fifties (sorry didn't catch her name) maybe early sixties came over to assist. Her demeanor was very condescending and unfriendly. Luckily the other employee with a more positive and friendly disposition came over to help. He has long hair and I think his name is Eric. I will definitely be back because of him. read more

I don't get all the negative reviews. This place rocks and has awesome helpful employees. COVID means more on line shopping disappointments that have to be returned. These guys, especially the guy with purple hair are always helpful and professional. They are happy to help carry huge boxes from the car into the shop. Unfortunately I didn't catch the kind gentleman's name who greeted me and helped me out. I needed a print job done quickly and Melissa was super pleasant and friendly. She went out of her way to volunteer to help me cut my paper as the cutter was being utilized. I believe every employee of Fed Ex needs to come to This location to shadow these employees. The staff at this new location is fabulous! Helped me negotiate the new store layout, recommended the correct Express box, sealed the box and then made sure that my account with a secondary address as sender was correct and the recipient's address was correct. Gave me delivery/pricing choices and explained times the package would arrive. Wonderful service. This is my favorite location even if it's a longer distance. BRAVO! read more

You are better off to go to FedEx location rather than a FedEx office location. The box I received the shipment in days arrived via FedEx. When I needed to return it they were citing rules. Other services may be ok, but not for shipping. read more

What a relief. I walked in today to send a large heavy Christmas package to Florida. The were only 2 people in front of me. The first one got finished up fast and while the next person was getting started a lady asked me to step up to here counter. 5 minutes abd $36 later I was out the door. Not to be believed, but, true. Today I took a box to FED EX to mail my daughter my old computer. I had saved the box and packing materials from my New Computer so that I could safely ship the old one. I was told that I couldn't use this computer box or the shipping materials that I had just received.to ship my old computer. Fed Ex insisted that they would have to repack in a new box and packaging materials. What a SCAM. If it's good enough for Dell to ship by Fed EX, I believe that it should be good enough for me to ship my old computer. Who might know best how to pack and ship a computer - the rude clerk at Fed EX or Dell?? I took my business elsewhere - no problems. I would advise you to skip this place. read more

This is why I don't use FedEx. I only use UPS!!! Customer service was horrible. I was the only one in there. 3 workers. Took 15 mins. I had a prepaid label. The guy helping me ended up on the phone and not helping me. Then a another guy finally came to help. I didn't have a bag to ship it. He charged me 3.28 for their free bags. I asked him is that right? He replied, yes. I have called a couple of FedEx stores, even this one. To verify if they charge for those small bags. They all have said, no. Don't use FedEx. UPS is way better and helpful. read more

Laura is totally incompetent - please stay far away from this office. I ship fedex every week, four cases of training materials worth over $50,000. I dropped these off at this office and was greeted by Laura - I remember her distinctly because she begged me to fill out a survey so her shift could win a pizza party (stupidly I did). Two of my cases arrived, fortunately the most expensive one. A call to FedEx resulted in them location one other, a $1000 video projector. That one arrived with no tag on it. All of these are pelican cases and handle tags should be affixed properly. She is incompetent: she didn't wrap the tag around the handle, just zip tied it and apparently it was torn off. I have pictures of the two that did arrive, proving this. SEVEN calls to FedEx and no one can find an 80 lb large black Pelican case with my business card on it. FedEx tracing Department is virtually useless, they will not return any phone calls. I am out over $1000 worth of materials because of the initial error of this office. Stay far, far away from this office. read more

Stopped in here for some last minute printing for the Fiery Foods Show earlier this month after being on the road for a week. These folks were absolutely terrific and went out of their way to make sure my survey forms looked great and were accurate, including the QR code. Wonderful service and great friendly people. Wow, they declined to ship a package because the box wasn't new. It had some minor (3/8") indentations. I've shipped and received thousands of packages and never has someone said no, can't ship that it's "dented." Thousands!!!!! I was so floored I left. I was not about to be box from these people. I have run many small businesses, ebay businesses, done an obscene amount of business with shippers and they tell me it's dented! read more
