They are not cheap, but I think they did a great job on the three pieces of clothing I dropped off. I had a dress ($11.95), a sweater ($5.95), and some pants ($5.95). I thought the price for the dress was a tad expensive, but maybe I'm just out of touch with what the market rate is these days. Again, I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner since March 2020. Either way, my clothes look great and smell fresh. I'll be returning soon and look forward to checking out their alteration services as well!

The building is some sort of old restaurant with a drive through and outdoor patio. It seems that the building has served the purpose of a cleaners for some time now. The group of individuals operating Keene's is awesome! I've been in three times and each interaction has been pleasant. I had a tuxedo, suit, and two shirts dry cleaned here over the course of a week. They were ready for pickup within a day or two each time and the prices were very reasonable for the work being done. I will continue to go to Keene's for all of my dry cleaning needs!

I did have an unlucky streak with them a few years back and started taking men's button up shirts elsewhere for pressing (I was too busy to iron) because I kept getting shattered buttons. They were kind about it and offered buttons and to sew on buttons and discounts - but it just kept happening. And I always noticed before they did. I haven't had any problems with them in a while though. If you live in Gray - I would use them. If you are closer to Macon or Milledgeville, you might want to try somewhere else.

My mom then asked them about the stains then tried saying that the stain was on the jacket when she brought it. I was like no who takes a stained suit to get cleaned no one. So my dad called the owner and he then agreed to give him a replacement suit. We went to pick up the suit and the wanted my mom to sign on a receipt saying that we agreed that the suit was damaged and that we'd accept a the new suit they were given. Now if the suit was damaged by us why would you be offering us another suit stupid right? I advised my mom not to sign it and to take a picture of what they wanted her to sign. We will be taking it to civil court just for the principal of the matter makes no sense how customer service has declined when were the consumers keeping the business opened. I don't recommend using them.

I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. I try to stick to only bringing in those items with no stains but that defeats the purpose
