The hand therapist talked to the women patients about their grandchildren, talked on the phone and i was given 5 minutes. She only cared about Anthony Bourdain having committed suicide. I wasted my time by going twice. The physical therapy i received from Dane was not much better. He would talk sports with his coworkers. I felt I was in a locker room. The last 20 minutes of Danes shift he would put me on a stationary bike and leave out the back door. Having no movement in my left foot and leg, my foot would fall off the pedal and I would have to sit there and wait for another Therapist to put my foot back on the pedal. I felt like I was a chore that had to be delt with. The Therapist were just going through the motion.

While Dr. Dyball was a good orthopedic surgeon, I wish my foot had healed a little better. I still have some residual problems with it and the ankle bone area is still considerably weaker than my left foot. Considering that most of the ligaments/tendons connecting the bones together were torn, I feel that more physical therapy or surgery was probably needed to strengthen the foot. It's still highly prone to injury and likely always will be. Nonetheless, the doctors, nurses and physical therapists were all cheerful and professional and the center is very well-run. I just think that follow-up care for the injury could have been a bit more well-rounded considering the extensive damage caused by the fracture.

It was all made there Lots of choices were given and you could substitute for something differnt The facility is clean and beautifully designed. Our only complaint is that she had Room 602 which backed up to the game room. The noise was very distressful to my Mom. I was told the nurses moved the games to back up to another wall, but that didn't last long.

I was not familiar with the facility, so I went to view it in person before allowing her to go there. I had seen the many poor reviews and spoke honestly about these with the Director and Director of Nursing. They informed me that the facility was under new management from the top down and would appreciate the opportunity to give us a great experience. I am an RN and planned to be very hands on with my mom's care, so since the facility was lovely and very clean with friendly staff everywhere, we made call to stay there. There were a few issues with one CNA that had to be addressed and a couple of not getting the meal she ordered, but everyone was very responsive and made things right. Mandy NP, Shanda the Director and Shawna the DON came through whenever I had questions or issues and my mom loved getting visits from the Chef! Never underestimate the meal choices, quality of food and desserts to boost a patient's morale and give them something to look forward to when working hard to recover. Just don't think you can put someone in a care facility and not be involved, not be there and not show them the love and care they showed you from birth. They deserve that. I would use WellBridge again, for sure. My mom is doing great!!

I attended a couple sessions in November of last year following surgery. The exercise tables were not cleaned between patients. The paper case on the pillow I was supposed to use had obviously been used before, so I just threw the pillow on the floor. I did not see staff clean their hands between patients. Paper charts were stacked in the treatment area I was in, and I got billed twice for my copay after I paid it, and it was only corrected after I proved it. Last, I cant say with 100% certainty that I contracted Covid there, but I had not been anywhere else for weeks, and it's only myself and my husband at home. My last session had several patients coughing excessively, without masks, in confined spaces. About 4 days later, I developed symptoms and tested positive for Covid. Yes, Ive been vaccinated, so the symptoms could have been worse, but I ran a fever and my cough lasted for 3 months. I had to go on steroids and an inhaler to completely get rid of it. The post op instructions for the surgery I was recovering from specifically said to avoid excessive coughing. I canceled further appointments and did not return to complete my course of therapy after I recovered from Covid.
