She hadn't had any pain medication in about 17 hours, and she was just about a week post-op. She asked an aide for an ice pack and was told by an aide that "we don't have those here." She was there a week with no shower, and they decided to shower her before they took her to Flint for her first post op x ray. That was nice of them, wasn't it? This would of been a one star rating, buy I did meet a couple of staff who cared. I also has to fight tooth and nail to get her room cleaned as well. Over a week, and I had to threaten them with the pictures I took. I could go on and on about their worthless general manager. He is the sole cause of why its ran like crap. His prime objective is to save money. That's it.

I attended a couple sessions in November of last year following surgery. The exercise tables were not cleaned between patients. The paper case on the pillow I was supposed to use had obviously been used before, so I just threw the pillow on the floor. I did not see staff clean their hands between patients. Paper charts were stacked in the treatment area I was in, and I got billed twice for my copay after I paid it, and it was only corrected after I proved it. Last, I cant say with 100% certainty that I contracted Covid there, but I had not been anywhere else for weeks, and it's only myself and my husband at home. My last session had several patients coughing excessively, without masks, in confined spaces. About 4 days later, I developed symptoms and tested positive for Covid. Yes, Ive been vaccinated, so the symptoms could have been worse, but I ran a fever and my cough lasted for 3 months. I had to go on steroids and an inhaler to completely get rid of it. The post op instructions for the surgery I was recovering from specifically said to avoid excessive coughing. I canceled further appointments and did not return to complete my course of therapy after I recovered from Covid.
