We got scammed. The driver did not show up for the auto transport. When we reached out to the company, they ignored us. After I posted some negative reviews online, then they said they would give me my money back if I removed the reviews. They are scam artists. read more

SCAM!!!! Was told one price and then upon delivery a completely different company demanded 2000$ and said i paid nothing to them. I had paid Christian the broker. Had a FAKE dispatcher demanding money from 10 different Venmo cash apps and Zelle's. Going back to look at the contract to show the driver demanding money and the contract doesn't exist anymore. when I asked dispatcher where my car was he hung up on me texting me demanding money. I would not do business with this company, classic bait and switch quoted you one price and just before service was to begin changed Price. Quoted me $758, but ultimately said service would be $1100 classic low end budget car salesman or business practice. Thumbs down! read more

Do not work with these people. I hired this company to move my car from VA to ATL and agreed on a fee. The day before pickup, their employee Christian told me thru text the price would be more than agreed upon and if it was okay. I said absolutely not, why would it be? And why are you telling me this over text 24 hours before pickup? His response to me was "well I'm telling you now. It's not that much more". I have never in my life had an employee disrespect me like that over the phone. To be so flippant and disrespectful towards my money and time is unbelievable. He could not have cared less. When Christian called me on Christmas Day at 6pm to ask me for a second time to pick my car up early, I was still respectful with him. When he would text me at 11pm, I was still respectful. For this man to turn around and disregard my time and money in the way he has compels me to try and stop others from doing so. Mind blowing experience and will never use them again. Will stop all friends and family from using them as well. If you want to be treated like a human being, go somewhere else. Disgusting way to talk to someone and treat them. Extremely unprofessional to do all of this 24 hours before, extremely unprofessional to text near midnight, extremely unprofessional to be calling on holidays to pressure clients in to agreeing to a different delivery date. Overall horrible & disrespectful experience. Edit: Christian called me to argue with me on the phone and harass me about this review. He told me it would affect his job and needed it taken down while telling me he did nothing disrespectful or wrong. Absolutely insane behavior. The company was a result of yelp review and Google search. Used it for my second car shipment for a military move. The price for shipping a car is reasonable as long as you book months in advance to secure in a good rate. Mr. Ricky Thomas has been a great help and staff. He realized there has been an issue with the account t department not seeing my payment to secure my shipment contract, but was able to work with me and still honor the amount I paid for deposit was rejected at their end for some reason. He also followed up with me and provided me the information I needed for the pick up. He confirmed with the driver to ensure my car will be picked up on the date I requested. He had to fill in the gap while the original person who did the coordination with me left the company. Thank you Ricky. read more

This "company" was a complete nightmare. I spent hours trying to contact them with no answer, They had my contract for a month ahead and told me I'd hear back a week within the predetermined transport date. I had to contact them as I heard nothing and again nothing, I kept calling back still no progress, a week after the schedule date they offered me a driver over double the contracted price ($1000 more!). It was a battle to get a refund (which my bank still has not received) and get them to take me off central dispatch so my new company could help me. Got a new reputable company and got a driver and great price within 24 hours who went above and beyond. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had, genius auto trans is stretching it... maybe amateur auto trans... This company will take a deposit, provide you with a contract that looks legitimate despite not having a route setup as they guaranteed. when you try to contact them about the status of your contractual order they ignore your calls and do not return them. Then when you contact the BBB you find out they are not an accredited business. Very disappointed with the services they claim to offer but don't follow through on. I would contact any other freight delivery service than this one. There is no sense of urgency or desire to fulfill a contract. Instead of providing a solution they give you the run around forcing you to dispute the charge with your credit card company. read more

After waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be picked up because I am moving states and can't drive more than one vehicle myself, I can not get a response from the company to get a refund. They keep raising the price on you and will not let you cancel or get your money back. They have their set of shady transporters . Once they have your car they will not release it until you pay their bounty. They even damaged my car. They do not answer the phone so you can only text them and hope they respond.
