OK im not a big fan of writing reviews on anything, but for this moving company i would do anything to show what they deserve, first lets start with my phone calls to their main office , when i spoke to the lovely lady in the office named Grace she explained everything to me from point A to point B on how the move will be on the day of pick up, we set up a date and time for the move, and when the movers showed up, they called me 30 min before arriving to make sure im there, when they showed up they took their time going over inventory to make sure everything matched the inventory i gave the office, luckily i forgot to add a couple small things but the foreman added them at no additional charge !! they crew of 3 men worked so hard and fast and very professional they packed everything so good that it looked better than factory wrapping. they were very polite and respectful to my wife and kids. i had a pleasant time with primeway movers crew from the start to the end. again i cant THANK YOU enough for this stress free move , I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. read more

I just got a new job had to move unexpectedly, primeway quoted me and gave me rates I couldn't refuse, after searching endlessly, I couldn't be happier than with the choice we made to have primeway move us! I'm in the process of moving and thanks to primeway and their super friendly staff I was able to move quickly and fill my new home, the guys were above and beyond Mike and Q, were two of the guys that just stood out when it came to handling my belongings with care and quick pace! Just moved from VA to LA, and I must say I am so impressed with everything this company did! From the sweet lady in the office who helped set my price, to the gentleman who came and did the in-home pricing, to the lovely young men who moved my stuff the whole way here.. Wow!! I have never experienced such professionalism from one company in my entire life! To have everything picked up in the time frame they gave me AND delivered in such a timely manner. Oh my goodness.. I truly cannot express how grateful I am that I found this company. Other than a few scratches on my dining room chairs, and on my bed set (all are easy fixes, so I'm not too concerned), my experience with them was incredible. what a pleasant working out with primeway movers, they have been amazing from the begging to the end, starting with the lady in office over the phone to the workers crews, they came to our house on time and packed everything professionally and load everything in less than 5 hours since i had a meeting later that i was a afraid i will not make it, but the movers worked even harder to make sure i get to my meeting on time. which is i did make it later that day. since we were moving to florida i thought it would take so long for delivery but primeway made our delivery 6 days after they picked up which is perfect, it gave us time to drive down to florida and close on our new house. i would definitely use them again and recommend all families and friends if they ever mover. also to everyone in need to moving, primeway was the perfect choice for us. again Thank you for your Services, Susan read more

What a wonderful move, i move every year at lease once due to my job transfers, i get so stressed out when i get closer to move date, and thankfully i came cross primeway movers from a friend that recommended them to me and boy i was not disappointed to take his word for it. this company came on time the day of my move then packed everything and put it up on the truck then drove straight to my new place, they had to drive more than 9 hours to get to me the next day, everything was in great condition and nothing was broken, i can't be thankful enough to these guys that they did all the move for me. thank you guys for everything and i will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family. read more

They are great in what they do. When it comes to efficient delivery of relocation services, they are second to none.The way they handle people and their property is totally different. I have moved homes many a times and have tried many moving companies. Some were behind schedule, some destroyed my furniture with dents and scratches, and some just did not show up with all of my furniture and claimed that they were never entrusted with them. But the last time I moved, I signed up with these guys. Not only my moving process was as per the schedule but also my furniture stayed protected. And all of my belongings were at my new home. And most importantly, the service was very reasonably priced. The only thing which did not work for me was that they did not call me every hour to update me about the location. read more

Could not have asked for a better company than this. Mike, the business owner was extremely attentive and master in this field. He was quick to assess our moving needs and also give a realistic time-frame. He also made the correct arrangement for the moving i.e arranging the right size of truck and the boxes in which our stuff was to be packed.
