NO COMPASSION, NO CONSIDERATION FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. NEVER GOING BACK. They claim to treat you like family, but if you wake up sick on the morning of an appointment/can't breathe through your nose/can't get out of bed, they will charge you $50+ for missing your appointment. My 70 year old family member called the office the moment she woke up feeling very sick, stuffy nose, too weak to get out of bed. She was told she would be charged a $50 no show fee because she didn't give them 24 hours notice. Be sure to plan your illnesses in advance everyone! Her options were: 1)drive to the dentist while feeling very weak and sick, expose everyone there with her illness to "prove" she was sick enough, and then drive home or 2) incur a $50 no show fee. We requested this be brought to company leadership to consider her circumstances and remove the charges, but they refused to make any consideration for an ill, low income, senior citizen. $50 is nothing to this company, but significant to someone on a fixed income trying to make ends meet. STAY AWAY from this greedy, inconsiderate company. read more

There are so many dentists offices out there! I'm so glad I was referred to the "gentle hands" of Dr. Sadre. I just had a cavity filled (ugh) and that's never fun, but I felt 100% confident the experience would be the best it could be, considering getting a cavity filled isn't the best of experiences. ...and it was. Literally- expert gentle hands guiding the anesthetic to get the nerves numbed and then getting the procedure over with quickly and most importantly, painlessly! While I was there, she also did a beautiful job fixing a chip in my front tooth. Dr. Sadre is absolutely the best dentist you will find. One more thing, they offer sedation dentistry, which my son-in-law chose when he had some work done. He's a big fan, as well. read more

Every one I know that has gone here has had issues with being over charged for things they said they would not be charged for. I received a $350 bill for a standard cleaning after being overcharged. I called and tried to get some clarification and was told either pay it or it will be sent to collections. This is apparently how they treat all their patients as the same thing happened to my coworker. Needless to say I will be looking for a new honest dentist. read more

I hadn't seen Dr. Sadre for a couple years and decided to come in for a cleaning and get some bond work done. I had chipped my tooth on a knife and the back tips of my two front teeth were grinded down and could use a little support. It was quite fast, not painful, and no numbing needed. After she was done, I really couldn't tell my tooth was ever chipped. Her color matching and bond work are perfect. What I find the very most disturbing today about professionals is there inability to give as much respect to their clients as the client is expected to give them. Especially when the client has given them respect which is not returned. Very, very serious discontent with this business and sent an email to Dr. Sadre. Staff confirmed that it was received. Her bedside manner is wonderful, never judgmental and committed to saving teeth, which is big as you get older. There's never angst about any procedure because they all work to make sure THAT doesn't happen, from the messaging chairs you sit in, the calming atmosphere, great informative videos to watch, and any procedure from filling a cavity, crown, root canal, anything. they never move forward with any part of the process unless you are comfortable and pain free. My second treatments before getting braces (1 root canal, 2 tooth extractions, replaced my old fillings), it went so well! I took Ibuprofen right away after the procedures and I didn't feel any pain at all. I also got the braces and it's the best decision I've ever made in my life! I'm feeling good about my new dentist. I normally see Dr. Sadre however I somehow cracked two teeth and needed to get in right away she was booked solid so I booked my appts with her associate dentist Dr. Sabat. I work myself into a hot mess over changing dentist. Happy to say Dr. Sabat was great! She couldn't have been more accommodating, I came loaded with load music to drown out the sound of the drill however I lost my earbuds.. They had an extra pair to give me. I explained my fear of that the dentist and she and her staff were understanding and made my appt as enjoyable and relaxing as a dental appt could be. They put a wedge in my mouth to prop it open and somehow I feel asleep.. Lol there a serious amount of construction right in front of their place leave enough time to get in. Another God thing is I don't have dental insurance I bought a in house plan that gave me great rate. Dr. Sabat and Dr. Sadre are a shop small locally own business. I've been here about 3 times and I've had a good experience all 3 times. My biggest problem is the prices. I have awesome insurance, covering 80% of procedures and 100% checkups and cleanings. Despite this, I got charged at my last visit $350 for a cleaning an 2 fills. Not knowing any better, I paid it and off I went. I brought my BF in because he had a toothache and no insurrance. He paid $125 for X-rays and a checkup. Then the bill comes with all the work that he needs done. To fix his toothache was $4000.00, but the total for all the recommended work was $13,000!! Are you kidding? So we went to another dentist across the street. X-rays and a checkup- $35. And all the dental work + deep cleaning was estimated to be $1800. If you want friendly service, this place is great. From Randie at the front desk, to Dr. Sadre, and the hygienist, Cece. But money may be an issue. read more

I was waiting to review this office until I had gotten a better idea of how they operate. Well I am glad to say I've only had positive experiences so far! I actually am one of those crazy people who purchased a Groupon for Invisalign but now that I am 2 trays in, I can safely say I wasn't scammed or anything lol. The groupon was 2800 for Xrays, trays, teeth whitening, and retainers (which is basically the last two set of trays) and it all seemed a little too good to be true so I was initially very hesitant in buying it. I made an appointment fairly easily, purchased my groupon, then went in for my Xrays and molds a couple days later. They told me it would only take 3-4 weeks to get my trays in...But it took over 2 months! They kept telling me there was a delay with the manufacturer, but part of me wonders if it was because I was a "Groupon patient"... Anyway, by the time my trays finally came in I was on vacation from school and back home in California. I was also going out of the country on vacation so I just decided to wait to pick up my trays when I returned to AZ. They only had a Saturday appointment a month out, which worked for me because that was the week of my return. I came in and Dr. Sadre put buttons on my teeth and fit me with the trays. An assistant went over the instructions for use and what to expect. I was sent home with 3 sets of trays and scheduled to come back in 6 weeks. Overall I like this office because I feel that the staff is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly patient in answering my questions. I never feel rushed at any of my appointments and they give me the freedom to call in and ask my questions. Dr. Sadre is very comforting, knowledgeable, and very "gentle" in all the procedures. I guess thats where they get their name! No sore mouths or teeth when I leave here, I don't feel like I've been punched in the jaw or anything haha. Trust me, I've had that feeling at other offices, especially because I have a fairly small jaw. Also, she doesn't have an ego or attitude problems!! I work very closely and take classes with dental students at my University and lets just say they've left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended ;) I will update once my treatment is complete and when I have more services done at this office. read more

There was a different company and different staff and dentists before . In the past few years they did a 180 degree turn and i wouldn't go to a different place. What I love is professional staff, technology that makes the experience as comfortable as possible and the dentist that has totally calming effect on me and can easily finds solution to any problem we encountered so far in my jaw. Anyway I have been there probably 15 times in the past 2 years and - if I wasn't happy I would look for someone else. It is not close to me but I don't mind the drive. Cleaning: the old company had a butcher that made rude remarks. The new company has the nicest, professional staff and they will measure the gums every time . Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. I have terrible anxiety and was pleasantly surprised at how little that affected me while there. My hygienist was very personable (I'm terrible at remembering names, I'm so sorry) and did a wonderful job keeping me comfortable at every point of the exam and cleaning. The doctor was equally as kind and explained everything that was happening to my teeth and what my options were without trying to sell me anything. While I was leaving I felt very faint and they quickly helped me feel better with proper attention and a much appreciated Otter Pop! My teeth look and feel great. I have been seeing the team at Gentle Hands dentistry for a couple of years now and I love them. Growing up I never really had a good experience with a dental team so unfortunately that meant I would avoid going to the dentist which of course led to lots of dental trouble.
