I paid for a single Gold wash which took 6 minutes 30 seconds. So keep that in mind if another vehicle is in front of you in there of how long you might be waiting. I was waiting behind a truck. I was parked right at the checkout kiosk screen. While the truck in front of me was getting washed, a good amount of water was splashing my way on the windshield/car. Didn't matter since I was waiting to get mine washed next. There is a building in front of the exit of the automatic touchless wash that will have a countdown timer at the top of how long the dryer is blowing for. With this being my first time, I didn't notice it at first as I was looking all around me on what to do next since those lights near the exit never lit up to Go, Stop, etc. Giving it 3 stars because of how confusing it was for a first timer. It got the job done. You can pay with cash, card, or digital wallet.

I have two vehicles they bill $30.00 a month for ($60.00 per month) plus they changed my oil on both Shine Bright denied and would not consider credit I cancelled both vehicles and won't be back Beware

The token purchased the $15 Premium Car Wash and the "'ol Girl" (the vehicle) was so dirty I was tempted to scribble "Wash Me" on the back window myself. It was a little confusing at first trying to determine exactly where to enter the Car Wash, but a very nice Associate noticed my perplexed expression and walked up to ask what I needed. He pointed me in the right direction to the "cones past the Oil Change Company" and I entered the Car Wash. I didn't know who to provide my coin to but then I noticed the small window to the left with another Associate inside. He was also very pleasant and I handed him my coin. He stated that's all he needed and I waited for my turn at the entrance. I couldn't help but notice another Associate inside the car wash getting "washed himself". He had a mop-like apparatus which he used to soap-scrub the front and rear of the vehicles passing through the Car Wash. Having been through several Car Washes across the country, I mused to myself that this was "a first". My turn came up and he motioned for me to move forward and put the vehicle in neutral. He commenced his soap scrubbing routine and my daughters in the back seat started squealing when the pink and blue suds started their foam dance around us. As we made our way through I panicked when I saw two additional Associates outside of the Car Wash who appeared to be hand drying the vehicles on their way out (...even Mike's Car Wash in Ohio did not do this....). I wanted to ensure I tipped them in the event that was the expectation. Each man stood on either side of the vehicle with hand-held machines that blew air into the door mirrors and small nooks and crannies so that they could dry them with their special drying cloths. I handed the guys a tip on the way out and they both smiled in grateful appreciation. When I got home I observed that the "ol Girl" looked 100% better and I wasn't the one who had to stand out in the 100+ degree sun to wash her. While the other previous Yelp patrons were unhappy, I was very pleased with the wait, the Customer Service, and the experience. Until the next Car Wash ~

***Pre COVID-19 Visit***…read more Javier is the best mobile car wash service in all of San Angelo! It's great to see and not surprising that he's still in business. When I lived in West Texas four years ago, he was my go to person for car wash and he was always prompt, professional, engaging and knows exactly what your vehicle needs. They will clean it from top to bottom and won't miss a spot. It was usually a team of two who washed my vehicle when I needed it. Whenever it was time for a vehicle cleaning, he would text me and ask if I wanted a wash because with work, I often forgot that it was time. Make sure you tip these hardworking guys because they are out in that hot Texas sun working nonstop. Thanks again for all of the great car washes Javier!

When I contacted the company via their website contact form I got no response. I passed by one day and there was an employee there so I made him aware and his response was that I had to call the number listed. I did leave a voice mail a few different times but no one returned my call. Lesson learned AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! The only thing they are good for is to get quarters to go to a better car wash. This rating system should have a half star rating, that would be a better grade for Auto Paradise.
