Experience: We were in a couples room and there seemed to be a handful of rooms available. Shout out to Polly and Sara for being our therapists! As I was getting the massage the guy kept asking 40, 50. I was lying on the table face down and couldn't understand him. I had to pop my head up and say 30. He kept doing this and the other guys would be speaking back and forth in their language. At the end when I was checking out they charged us for a 40 min massage and $10 tip each. I was so fed up I agreed. It was not a 40 min massage. I literally had to tell the guy lighter pressure every other minute. The massage was uncomfortable and hurt and times when he would apply pressure. It was not a body massage it was a pressure release of some sort that was painful. I feel like this is a dirty tactic they use to rip people off. Not satisfied on how they trick an haggle you into taking your money for less time you agreed on. Will not go in ever again. Make sure you use a timer and tell all of the workers the time of massage you want if you go in.
