Owner is calling me a liar Im not sure why but I NEVER spoke with her on the phone I spoke with a MAN and this is my 1st review! On Tuesday i decided to get a haircut and my beard groomed before going into work. I decided to call 10 minutes after they opened in hoping that i could get a appointment before the were booked up for the day. When the MAN (not a woman) picked up HE was EXTREMELY rude talking how he just got his food and he does not have the appointment book next to him. Again they just opened up so i gave HIM the benefit of doubt. HE said HE would call me back, and when i was giving my number, HE cut me off and said yeah yeah i see it right here. HE told me HE would call back after HE eats and his two people that are on his books. As of Saturday i am still waiting on that call. HE was just rude and did not want my business. Called the other day @ 1pm to see if they were busy. He was rude and said I would need an appointment at 4. I showed up at 3:50 and he was short with me. At 4 he sat another client in his chair. I didn't mind until he asked my son and I to move in a rude way because we were taking up too much space on the "big" couch! I told him I would come back another day and he followed me into the parking lot and raised his voice in front of my son because he could have scheduled other clients.
