I previously gave a 5 star review but I have to change my review to clear my conscience. Today, September 22, 2025, I received a very unprofessional email from the owner Natalie Craig. Employee leaving a company, rather on their terms or the company's, should not be brought to the attention of clients. Defaming a former employee is a terrible look for a company that claims to be "a sophisticated high-end barbershop." This is an action you would expect out of a small town gossip salon, not what Regimen claims they are. My experience with the owner has been sub standard. I have previously referred new clients to Regimen whom also received this email. Now my reputation of a barbershop recommendation has been tainted by the owner spreading gossip. In the email, Natalie said I should come back to experience the professionalism that defines the Regimen difference. If that professionalism is defaming former employees, then I do not want that experience nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Since you like to bring up client details in your replies, you can remember August 6th as the last day I will visit or recommend Regimen to anyone. read more

Excellent hair cut - didn't listen to instruction. Disappointing result. 4 visits, first 2 were stellar, in the 3rd visit, no consult occurred before cutting started, in the 4th clear direction was provided about beard trim and it was not followed satisfactorily. For starters, I scheduled an opening time 1000 haircut after working an all night shift. Was greeted with you look tired, which I explained I worked overnight and didn't get any rest. "Oh I was up all night too." Congratulations, I'm sure you were working hard on your hangover. Then my stylist of random selection shows up 6 minutes after 1000. I explain the plan for a routine haircut, am taken into the back and told to sit down in chair one. "Oh give me just a minute I was up all night me and my husband are sick." Congratulations number two. I inquire as to what type of sick given the persistent COVID issue. "I don't know just sick I'm not a doctor." At this point give how tired and unprofessional my first 15 minutes here were I decided to leave. Relayed paying premium price for the opportunity to catch God knows what, after waiting for my late stylist to show up, was not on my agenda for the day. Will not be back.. read more

I get the cut that fits my head and style that fits me. Natalie is an artist with hair and knows how to cut and match the growth of my hair. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Hands down this is the place to go for a mans cut. There are so many other items to discuss about this place but to make it short they have men's products everywhere! Nice lady, but the haircut was pretty awful. I asked for a low taper and she was doing good until she cut my bangs off without even asking. Now the front is at least an inch shorter than the rest of my hair. Who does that? Also way overpriced it was $35 without a tip read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible place, terrible service. Employees sit there and gossip before taking care of clients. All the hair cutters need to grow up and handle their work before standing around and gossiping. Very unhappy with this place. read more

The haircut experience is good and the stylists are all very nice. If it were just that, I'd probably go four stars but not five since it's a bit expensive. My current issue is that their online booking system is broken and no one picks up the phone when I call during business hours, or they put me on hold and never come back. Went there to get a swedish massage. What I got was 1 side done, the backside or 90 minutes. Strangest massage I ever had although the girl was nice, a bit too inexperienced and she is the only one they have. Might be good for hair cuts but I will wait until they get more massage therapists. read more

This team takes as much time as necessary to perfect your hair style and does everything in their power to not just cut your hair to a style you like now but looks into the future to prepare your hair for a new style. If your standards are ok with Sports Clips, but prefer an attempt at high end this place is the spot for you. Would not go back. You walk in and are immediately hit with how empty the room is. The place is wide open. My hair stylist got her license in highschool, and had not been to any continued education events or courses since. That seemed to be the case with all of the other stylists. They had ESPN on the flatscreens, and pretty girls cutting hair, but that's all the place had going for it. My haircut was not even on one side, when asked to even it out Lisa was not happy. She said it was because she had blow dried it in the opposite direction. Which I will say she did, but it still needed to be fixed. Overall the place seemed a sloppy attempt to capture guys with batting eyes and "sincere" arm touches. If Kliff Kingsbury gets his hair cut here it certainly wasn't by anyone I saw. Don't be reeled in by cheap gimmicks. If you want a quality haircut go somewhere else. If you want to talk to a pretty girl, well you've found the right place. read more

I just took my 16 yr old son to Regimen last night to get his shoulder length hair styled so that he would be in compliance with his school dress code. We would be hard pressed to be more disappointed. I did an exhaustive online search and he chose this salon because of their before and after photos. The experience began with a 30 minute wait. His 5:45 appointment did not begin until well after 6:00. He was supposed to get the Signature service and was told his hair would be washed twice. It was not. He had a picture of the style he wanted and had the length to do it but what he got was a generic barber shop cut. His hair is a good 2" shorter on top than what he asked for. I don't know if the girl did not know how to do the cut, in which case, she should have just said so and we could have gone elsewhere. Or if she was just preoccupied with exchanging stories with the barber next to her about how one prefers whiskey to beer and how in high school they would shoot a rabbit, place it under the tire of a car then spin out so it would fly into the air so they could shoot it again. All while my 16 year old son was in the chair. I will NEVER take him to this place again. Bottom line - if you're a rich redneck who wants to kick back with a beer or a shot of liquor while you wait for a fancy, overpriced barber shop haircut, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a contemporary hairstylist, go to Andropolis - which is where I should have taken him in the first place. read more
