He eyeballed the size and nailed it pretty much on the first try! I never felt like I was bothering him with our nitpicky requests or preferences--he actually seemed excited that we were willing to express them, so he could be confident we'd be happy with the end result. So quick, so painless, and not at the cost of quality or for an absurd price. At no point did I feel like he was upselling or trying to push us towards more expensive options, or misrepresenting the costs.
