I won't recommend this store because they are not good in dealing with customers. They didn't give back half of my deposit for the suit I cancelled. They said that the item was ship and it goes on the shipping fee. So no more refund. I'm not recommending this store. No time management. read more

We had the best experience by far with White Tie Tuxedo. They only cater to men which totally made the diffrence for us. We were able to get a much nicer suit (Michael Kors!) for rent and for a beefy guy too! The girls who work there are totally awesome and very sweet. Flor was who assisted us and she made the whole process flawless. We came to her a week before our courthouse wedding and she made it happen even with an altermative when the vest didn't work out and small alterations. Luckily, for this establishment, Yelp doesn't provide the option for Negative Stars. My dad was getting married and he needed my brother's and I to come into this place to rent our tuxedos. Altogether, we rented seven of them. Supposedly, we got some kind of BS group discount, which they were happy to throw in our faces whenever we tried to address any complaints one of us might have had. Initially, the ordering was quick and painless. We went in, a guy took some measurements, we paid then we left. We didn't try on any sample jackets or anything, which in hindsight might have been a red flag. I asked when we could come in to pick our ready tuxedos. A confident "Five days before the event" was their answer. Seemed reasonable. My dad's wedding was on a Friday. That Monday we came in. Our tuxes weren't ready. We were assured "they'll be here tomorrow". We came in on Tuesday. A couple of them were ready, but once again, our order was incomplete. Reluctantly, came back on Wednesday. Finally! Our clothes were ready. Time to try them on. One of my brother's shirts was too small. Someone else's shoes were too tight. I got my suit, the shirt was way too big. It looked like a blouse. It would have been great if this was a pirate themed wedding. I don't understand why they even took our measurements in the beginning, if this was to be the outcome. We were once again told to "Come back tomorrow". Here we are. Thursday. The wedding is tomorrow. My brother's get new shirts and shoes, but then we notice that our ties are all different shades. At this point, it's too late. We stay quiet about those. I get my new shirt and it's too small this time! I tell them exactly what size I need "We don't have it in stock,si which shirt would you rather have? The small one or the one that's too big?" I would rather have a shirt that fits! The bride decides to intervene. She's obviously frustrated that we are dealing with this, less than twelve hours before she is supposed to be walking down the aisle. She wants to know how they are going to fix this. Here was their solution... "We'll, you know it's prom week. All the schools around here have our stocks running low. We already gave you guys a good deal, in fact, we LOST money on this deal. If you want, we can just cancel the whole transaction." WHAT?! Why would they promise us things if they can't deliver? How dare they even suggest we cancel the day before the wedding. I doubt they were losing any money, but what kind of business finds it inconvenient to make sure that their clients are happy? I'm probably just rambling at this point. We were defeated. We took our low quality tuxedos home. We wore them for the wedding. The soles of some of their shoes fell off on the dance floor. They looked like they had been glued on previously, with a hot glue gun. Save yourself a headache. Don't let this place draw you in with any favors, like a group rate. read more

I was a bit scared after reading that horror story of a review but he couldn't be further from the truth. I know people tend to blame others because of whatever reason but the suits I needed were ready and even given last minute alterations when I wanted half an inch on the pant leg of my boyfriend.
