This place popped up on my first search for Wheel repair, I made up my mind after reading the first review. I had a cracked Tesla 21" rim and the review was about a Tesla rim as well. I called & spoke to Romy who helped me on my drop off day as well. Price was very reasonable for the Rim repair which included fixing the bend from the crack. It only took 1.5 hrs and I am very pleased with the results. I have not mounted the Rim yet but am sure the leak is gone. I would highly recommend this place for any wheel repair. I had to leave a review for Geo Rim Repair because these guys seriously saved my Tesla rims. I came in with curb rash on my front left and a pretty deep gouge on my front right. The right rim was bad since the paint was already chipping, but Robbie and Belvinder worked their magic and now you can barely even tell anything happened. They quoted me $60 minimum for my 20-inch induction rims and the total ended up being $150, which is honestly super reasonable for how good they turned out. I called the same day, brought the car in, and they had both rims looking almost perfect in just a few hours. I was able to drive off in a few hours. My Model 3 Performance Tesla cracked a rim on Hwy 160, Geo Wheel Works welded it together and made it feel like new. I was THRILLED with my experience! I bent my wheel and was told by the tire place that there were no shops open on the weekend. I was also told that it would take a few days to get a wheel fixed after drop off. So of course I was amazed when I found this place open on the weened. When I asked the guys at Geo how long it would be and they said 45 minutes it was a big surprise. Great pricing and I was in and out. Just an updated review since today is the #servicestarshoutout day (Thanks Alex for showing me that we as a community supporting local and small businesses) I believe we came here a couple of month ago or was it last month? But, it was recently. Again, we had one of out rims with the paint chipping off again. Honestly, I feel bad having to come here with hubs almost every year for the past three years. But, the owner here is awesome as always. Excel in customer service and with his honesty I can't stop saying so many good things about him. Because we came back 3 times, the owner said if we were to sand the rims to paint it again it will def thin out the rim. The owner have us a reasonable check to get a new rim. Whatever the remaining balance we will pay out of pocket. Which is totally fine. I am happy that the owner did not find us annoying or ignored our concerns. He gave it his best to try to work everything out on both sides leaving happy. Anyone with any wheels issue please check out this place! You won't be disappointed. Five stars here. I must admit this was the best service I have gotten in a LONG time. I went in after Watt Ave got the best of my low profiles and rim. They took care of me within 30 minutes of walking in and even gave me a heater while I waited. It was a cold rainy day and the guy in the front made me feel so comfortable given the horrible morning I was having. Even walked me through how to submit a claim with the city. These guys are awesome! I came in here on a recommendation from David at Diamond AutoBody. I was greeted by BJ, he took my 19" Mercedes wheel in to fix a bend and crack from a sever run in with a pot hole. He gave me a quote and said it would be done next day. Sure enough it was done the next day right on time. I picked up the wheel from Nate and he helped load it into my car. I went home and bolted it back on the car and noticed the rotation of the tire was the wrong direction... I called them back and they told me to bring in the car and they will take care of it. My pregnant wife showed up and Nate greeted her to help fix the issue. He indicated they placed the tire back on the correct way and that in actuality both front wheels were on the wrong side to begin with. He went out of his way and fixed both tire directions in a quick manner. My wife was on her way and the car was back to normal. I searched around the Bay area and Sacramento to get my rims fixed. These are not any ordinary rims. Surrounding places around sacramento wanted $180+ just to fix my bent lip. I finally called Nate at Precision Wheel Works and was happily that he offered to fix my wheel at a GREAT price. I was surprised that the turnaround was less than 2 days! He guaranteed that my wheel would look good as new and there would be no signs of any dings on the lip. All being said and done, it was time for me to pick up my wheel. I honestly couldn't tell where the damage was at! The lip looked BRAND NEW! I saved well over $100 from buying a new lip (3 piece wheel) from other places and the outcome would be the same. I took a bunch of business cards and have been giving them out to auto professionals. My low-profile wheel was, like other reviewers', impossible to replace. PWW not only gave me an affordable fix that made the wheel like new, they were courteous, prompt and professional at every step, unlike the Mercedes dealership. I normally don't write bad reviews but I feel like other people that's in the car community or anyone in general that cares about their wheels would think twice before coming here. I was advised of this place after I brought my car in for a tire rotation at the @americastire by my house. I give it 3 stars because they did fix my chipped wheel and it looked like brand new. The friendlines overall from me first coming and getting a quote of $200 for one wheel(which I do think is kind of excessive but I understand times are tuff with COVID) was good. However, the fact that I gave them a wheel with a simple chip repair on the front but got it back with it all messed up on the rear really pissed me off. This is a $600 wheel before taxes and shipping from Vossen. The back of the wheel had no problems and still looked like brand new. On the reciept it did state something about the wheel having "some marring" when getting it back. Okay that's acceptional but not this. I brought the wheel back that next Monday and the guy who helped me was very nice. He stated the back got messed up because of it laying flat in their oven for curing. Okay I get that. But when a client brings you a wheel with one simple repair job on one side doesn't mean you give it back to them with a whole lot of damage on the rear. At least let the customer know how the wheel looks before/when they are going to pick up the wheel or take initiative and fix it before having the client pick it up. At the end I did get the wheel back the next day again and it looked like nothing ever happened on the back with a bit of overspray still left in the barrel but I can remove that myself at home. I curbed one of my low-profile tires and 17" rims and blew out my tire. Much to my chagrin, I also discovered that I had bent my rim pretty badly in the process. I mean, visibly, "this thing looks freakin' warped" bent. I began furtively searching for a replacement rim only to find that my particular type of wheel had been discontinued and wasn't available ANYWHERE. I called the wholesaler, got his list of distributors, called them, etc. Out of stock across the USA; nothing on eBay, nada. I was despondent, afraid that I would have to buy four new wheels due to my stupid mistake. A little Googling revealed this place to me, and I gave them a call. The receptionist at Precision Wheel Works advised me to email pictures of the damaged rim and I did so. Not 10 minutes later, one of their techs, Ryan, called me on the phone, and assured me that they could fix the damage and the estimate was $140. I hightailed it down there with my gimpy rim in the back of a borrowed pickup truck so they could get started. When the wheel got on site, they lowered their estimate to $130 (even though I'd verbally agreed to $140); pretty awesome. At this point my contact at PWW was a gentleman named Nate. Nate was a consummate professional at all times. He went out of his way to make sure that the wheel was repaired to my satisfaction. It took them 3 days and I got my wheel back as good as new... better, actually. Despite having my vehicle aligned it always had a pull to the right which I suspected to be one of my wheels - it seems to me that it was the rim I had damaged, because my car now flies straight and true. They went out of their way to correct cosmetic damage to the wheel in addition to the structural damage. I am absolutely thrilled at the result. These guys are the real deal. If you bend, crack, or otherwise damage your rim in Sacramento I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Wheel Works. Not only did they save my wheel and spare me the financial burden of buying a new set of rims - at every point their staff (Christine, Ryan, and Nate - Nate especially) were outgoing, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Please check your work for quality. Paint overspray and paint drips on my rims. 3 rims, 3 bad jobs @ $435.00...Pretty disappointed. I would go back but it's a lot of my time and without a car for a day is too much of a hassle. They even let me get in the car with my tire light on. Had to bring it around for them to add air. Next day update: My LR keeps going flat. Now I have to spend $27.50 to have it repaired. read more

I was in need of getting a chrome wheel repaired on my car that had been broken for a while upon calling the young lady that answered was very helpful in answering all of my questions and giving me directions on how to get there upon arriving I was greeted by a gentleman named Nate I told him what I had so he wanted to see the wheel and removed it from my car then he accessed the damage told me what needed to be done gave me a price and a completion date all in a very short amount of time he was very professional and direct i felt i had struct gold !! after having it repaired before (so I thought) just to have it fail within a matter of months I picked the wheel up today! WOW it looked great I am not a welder but I can tell by the why the worked looked it we professional! Nate proceeded to mount the wheel then stopped and brought to my attention that I had a stud that was cross threaded and recommended I take it back to whom mounted my spare so that they could fix the problem I agreed and he loaded the wheel back into the trunk of my car as he explained to me why he could not mount the wheel without doing more damage I am very impressed with there whole operation and there attention to detail and excellent customer service !
