I came here due to a vibration on my car : which i knew was a driveline issue but came here because i was directed by green rider oil change thinking they work on drive shafts. they don't. the guy immediately tries to sell me tires, he did find 1 tire that had a lump, and basically i just went a head and got all them replaced even though it had 90 percent tread and was from 2015 it was just that 1 tire. i bought their used. they installed the tires and they literally look WORSE than the ones they took out. the tire installed had CRACKING on the sidewall which is funny because he pointed out cracking on my tires which was nowhere as bad as the one he put on. they're just a tire shop. and not a good one. i didnt even bother to come back and tell them about it because they obv tried to cover up the cracking with oil and grease to make it not obvious. go to FRANK's used tires instead. i'm pissed i got talked into giving them 260 for some shit tires, 1 tire is for off road and all four mismatch. the business owner can say whatever i aint gonna read it, make excuses go ahead idc. not coming back. read more

So I had a low tire pressure this morning and went to get my tires pumped. Apparently I had been riding on my wires and the tires hadn't popped on me... yet. Conveniently A1 was next door and they'd just opened as I pulled in. The gentleman, Kumar, at the front desk was extremely helpful with providing me a great deal for all 4 tires as I've been meaning to get new ones anyway. Took my car in for a very basic tire change, just the two rear tires. Nothing fancy about it. Yet they managed to scrape and chip my previously perfect condition wheel, about 1.2" along the lip. Got my $70 refunded but would cost $200 minimum to professional repair. Nice guys but wouldn't return. Ruined my day. Amazing experience I had a flat tire on my way home from work and I was driving on a donut. I took my car into replace the spare. As soon as I walked into the business, I was greeted with nothing but friendly workers. Very professional on which they conducted their business. Service was horrible. Went in for a front suspension check and they never checked none of the suspension. They drove my truck like a race car through their parking lot "testing" it and then messed up the differential. Now the truck is making more noise than I originally came in for and I had to get it towed to a different shop. read more

I've been dealing with Junior and the crew at A1 Auto Tire & Wheel for a couple of years now, for both my vehicle and my spouse's. Junior has always been very upfront and honest about the work he does and is willing to listen and take the time to explain and get information to you about your concern. I recently had to replace my rotors and brakes after AI botched something and Junior was happy to assist. I also needed to get some new wheels and tires and while the car was in the shop I opted for some cosmetic painting of my calipers. The crew at A1 Auto Tire & Wheel handled all of that, including ordering the new OEM part I needed and had my car back to me in a couple of days. Going to give myself some of the blame for not fully understanding their "warranty for their service" Came here for an alignment as my car seemed to be veering to the side and just overall the ride just wasn't smooth. Something was off. The guy working there was very friendly and the alignment was fairly priced at $80. Afterthought alignment the worker explained I would need to get new tires as well that may also be the problem he could give me a "deal" for $400 (which honestly didn't seem like a deal) and I could return for another alignment within 30 days with the new tires. THIS is where the confusion and misunderstanding came. My interpretation but the tires from there within the 30 days and they would do the alignment on those tires. Fast forward two weeks later and I went to another tire place and they showed me where my front passenger tire was warped and point blank they were PISSED another place wouldn't let me know an alignment wasn't going to do anything . Sooo yeah I again got an alignment after replacing all my tires a the before and after readout of the tires for the alignment was a mess. The guys at the other store were quite frankly laughing in my face that I low key got scammed from this place :/ so within two weeks I ended up paying for two alignments. Now this is where the "misinterpreting" could have been. I returned with my guy friend like yooo what the heck!? Basically I was told I could have returned to this place for the alignment on the new tires purchased somewhere else. Okay fair enough that was my mistake. My friend a mechanic chimes in why would you even do an alignment on her car? Why didn't you give her a printout of the results after her service? That alone would have shown the alignment wasn't the problem let alone effective in terms of "numbers" the guy said their machine to do the printout was down at the time but I could have saw the results the same day..... ummm what!? So I took my truck in to have tires, tmp sensors and wheel alignment done. They took almost 4 and a half hours. One of my tires was hard to take off. So they told me they had to cut it off. I agreed to it. After all said and done i get home and noticed one of my rims looked weird. So I took a closer look and my rim was damaged. I went back and they told me they have to order a new rim. And they said I had to pay for some of the money they was charging for my rim. The rim ain't cheap and I'm not paying anything for them messing up my rim. They was negligent while handling my rim. I was unfortunate and ran over some debris on the freeway. My tire had a large side wall damage and both front and back rim had damage. I brought in my 2022 Tesla model Y Performance in and Junior check the damage. It was going to run me close to $1400 for the tire replacement and the rim repair.
