This place used to be the place to go for tires. Now I'm not sure if I'll ever go back. Recently bought a set of $1,800 off road tires for my truck here. Took my truck in for a routine rotation, and when I got home I realized my $165.00 streamlight flashlight was missing. They hire thrives. It's pointless to go back and complain just to hear "not me" joke is on whoever took it because it requires a specialized charging station it's not a plug in. I'm very pleased with my experience at Radial! I was told by another shop that my rear brakes needed to be changed. I spoke with Randy over the phone and we set everything up and Miguel took care of me day of. He checked my brakes and he noticed that my brakes weren't worn out and didn't need to be changed yet. I was really pleased with their honesty because they could have changed my brakes and charged me and I wouldn't have known. He gave me a call and told me my brakes have some time left on them and there's no need to change them yet. I'll definitely be coming back when I need to get my brakes changed. I bought a new car recently and the left rear tire kept losing pressure every 2 months. This happened 3 times in less than 6 months and the dealership (Audi) punted the issue which was frustrating. I brought the car here during my lunch. They were not only respectful of my time crunch, but they offered to fix the small issue at no cost! Just got another complete set of tires for our Cadillac! As always, they are quick, competitive pricing, and didn't push for an alignment until they got under the car and saw it was necessary. We are back on the road, safe as a bug! Just a note. We continue to support this local business, even though Costco was a bit cheaper on the same tires. They actually came in under the original quote, so price matching was not an issue (if i would have been hundreds cheaper, I would have asked/considered). WOW, What a great experience it was dealing with this business I had just left another tire shop down the street. That had told me they could not repair my tire and in addition i needed new tires. And they gave me a Quote. I did not feel they were being truthful So i left and went to Michelin Tire. They were able to fix My Tire Quickly free of charge. Fantastic - I'd give six stars if I could. Came in for an alignment based on what Toyota Roseville saw but could not fix. These guys explained the issue to me and told me I probably didn't need an alignment. I authorized the alignment anyway out of an abundance of caution. They did the alignment and let me know they had been right and all was good with the car. Their charges were very reasonable and they allowed me to used one of their cars to get back to work while they did the alignment. These guys are honest, frank, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was at Radial Tire today and continue to be amazed at Randy Orrick their manager. I got a nail in one of my front tires and had a curb encounter with a back tire requiring at minimum 2 tires being replaced, but probably all 4. UGH! Randy came to the rescue and delivered the most efficient and timely service! He had in inventory highly rated Goodrich tires that he could offer at $125 each! I replaced all 4 tires and save about $700 compared to Costco's quote! And the work was done in about 90 mins! If you need car tires, Radial is your answer!! This is my second visit to the Cottage Way location, my first was roughly 75000 miles ago when I bought the Cooper Endeavors. Two weeks prior to my getting new Coopers and an alignment, I replaced the front end suspension bits (the upper and lower control arms, the tie rod ends, and the sway bar linkages). After replacing those bits, my steer wheel was position as if turning left, but my Ram still drove straight, an estimate too the quality work from RTS. Well this time around I was not treated to precision tech work, no sir. As drove home it was clear that there was something a miss because I had wheel vibrations and chassis instability. I reach out to Randy at RTS, I explain what I'm experiencing and we schedule a follow up appt when Rafael is available. This technician Rafael advised me of what he found and how he corrected it. As you can see from my first review, I used to come here quite regularly for multiple years, and recommended Radial to family and friends. However it seems like they have recently increased their prices by quite a lot. Part of the reason I came here was I felt like they were a good value, but I feel differently lately. For example the price of an oil change has increased by 133% in less than a year. They cited an increased price of oil, however I bring my own oil and filter. They also cited an increased labor cost, so I anticipate almost all the other services cost much more now. UPDATE: I see the owner replied saying their rate is lower than any in Sacramento, which is not true! The VERY FIRST shop I called charged 30% less for an oil change. The stars are updated to reflect this new information. At least let a regular customer know beforehand when the prices are dramatically increased! read more

5 stars, 10/10 service!!! I was referred over to radial tire from an auto repair shop and I'm really happy with the service I received. My car was in need of some brake pad replacing. My car was producing a loud screeching sound randomly from time to time and eventually it got so bad I couldn't wait any longer. I was riding metal to metal and when I got to the shop, they fit me in to their schedule right away due to the urgency/hazardous condition of my car. They quoted me around 450 to replace brake pads/repair rotors. To my surprise, once repairs were completed I only had to pay 248!! They were able to resurface my rotors. Not only that but they lended me a car at no additional charge to get back home while I waited for repairs. They also gave me tips and advice on how to better maintain my vehicle for future reference. This is my goto place for anything that has to do with tires, alignment, or suspension. I have an older Sienna and it was having issues with mounts and lower control arms, known issues for this heavy minivan. RTS evaluated the problem for free, showed me the issue on the car while on the lift, and provided a reasonable cost estimate, all within an hour even though I did not have an appointment. The car was ready the next day. There was only one problem, the right axial was rusted in the treads and could not be reused so they replaced the part at cost. I was happy with this adjustment since I plan to keep the car and chances are I would have to eventually replace it anyway at a higher cost. There are a lot of shops taking advantage of the Auto tech shortage and are overcharging for work while comparing their prices with the dealerships. The dealerships have really become modern day Pirates. Maita Toyota is charging $128 just to provide an estimate for suspension work. And dealer estimates are usually very high. Dealerships should only be used for work that is covered by the car's warranty, otherwise it's a bad deal. RTS has consistently provided honest assessments, fair pricing, and competent service for our family over the last 30 plus years. read more
