Even natural breasts are not perfectly symmetrical. But I can tell you this, after everything my body has been through this year with a previous DMX and implants (not done by Fenner), chemotherapy, ovary removal, and then my DIEP flap (Fenner), I'm only 4 weeks post op with my phase two already scheduled, and I already am so happy with my results. Additionally, the doctor didn't mention the possibility of losing normal eyelid function with my surgery and when I questioned his suggestion for fat graft he minimized my concerns. I was worried about asymmetry and that's what resulted with my surgery. I didn't want the fat graft but the doctor suggested it again and offered it at no charge, huge mistake! Lastly, I went for a cheek-lift and was given a printout for pre and post-op instructions for a facelift since they didn't have one for cheek-lift to give me.
