What is it with great doctors in Tulsa, but the worst staff!!! I was referred here by my eye doctor, Dr. Ward. My first appointment I was so very impressed. I did a survey giving them a great review and after that everything went down hill. The lack of care, direction and flow through is God awful. The only good thing is wait time is under 5 minutes! His nurse Jennifer was so rude on several occasions! They don't listen to you when you call to leave a message for the doctor, and if you have a complaint the doctor will not call you. Went in with bladder pain, told them it could be my IC, they took urine. Said they found no infection, yet put me on antibiotics and said they would send my urine out to be cultured. Called them 2 days later for results, they said they left the urine out overnight and I would need to come back in to give another sample! I went to my bladder doc! Wasn't a bladder infection! It was a IC flare like I first told the doc! Stopped the antibiotic and began installs! I should of been done with them at this point! I was having a issue and called, told them the doctor placed me on a diet pill and I was having heart racing and vertigo type issues. They called me back and said it was my Wellbutrin to go back to 150mg, however I was on 300mg for over 2 weeks with no issues. I stopped the diet pill to boost my metabolism and bam! Issues stopped!! Once again they didn't listen. When I saw the doctor a month later I told him this, and he said that the diet pill can cause all those issues! So then why did u reduce my Wellbutrin and tell me to continue taking the diet pill? Also, if you have insurance issues or need verification it is your job to take care of this. They won't call your insurance company because it takes up too much of their time. I was rudely told I had to call my insurance and get a form faxed to them instead of them just calling to verify. That they don't have time to sit on hold! This was a first!!!! I was sick. Saw doctor Tuesday, Friday I called letting them know I felt worse, that the meds weren't helping. Nurse said the doctor was gone and would get back with me Monday. Monday came, called first thing when they opened, was told she would speak with doctor. Calls me at 5pm and says the doctor said I need to be seen, that he won't change my medication, or call me in a new medication, and they can't get me in for 2 days!!! So I was told I needed to go to a urgent care. It's been weeks and they never called once to see if I went, or how I was feeling! Doctor also said he was referring me to a doctor and it's been almost a month, no call from this referring doctor. This is the only state I have been to where the doctors are either great with poor staff or so over booked you wait over a hour just to be seen. This clinic has very poor follow through and you feel so not important! :( Highly sadden that this doc was a flop! Had high hopes. I wish I was giving them a better rating! Hate writing these types of reviews but if I new before hand that I had to do the nurses, and doctors job I would of never came here!!!
