The staff from receptionist to nurses to physician are wonderful. I was expecting IV sedation, but the anesthesiologist decided to do general. I think last time I had too much fun work on IV sedation. I was aware of enough to feel and hear the rhythm of the machine and I dreamed about people marching to that rhythm. They told me I was vocal and moving to the beat. It must have been difficult working on a moving target. I had more fun the first time, but I appreciate that under general, the staff could get more done towards making me look youthful. Speaking of looking youthful....while I don't think I actually look youthful, I saw someone this New Years that I haven't seen since my facelift. I have been thinking there wasn't much difference, but he declared "you look different." "I want to say younger." When I told him I'd had some work done, he said " but it looks so natural!" " How did that happen? He elaborated that people he knew looked wind blown and didn't even look themselves. My friend who recommended Dr Paulsen said, "sometimes girls just need a little help."

This was absolutely the most frustrating & horrible experience I've had with a Plastic Surgeon…read more At my consultation Dr Kreitzberg said that he believed I would have great results with my surgery for my double chin. I had surgery on Jan 21st 2026. As you can see from the picture dated April 17th what my neck looks like now. At my second followup, after WAITING ONE HOUR in the room for him, I told Dr. Kreitzberg that I wasn't seeing any results. He told me that there was no reason to believe I wouldn't see my double chin tuck in and be much tighter by the 3 month followup. I never did get the results that was promised. At my 3 month followup I told the nurse, Ciara, that I do not see any results and in fact in looks worse than what I started with because now I have lump under my chin. She absolutely agreed with me and said the Dr will come in and talk to me about my options. AGAIN, AFTER WAITING 70 minutes in the room for the Dr. I relayed to him that not only he has REPEATEDLY kept my husband & I waiting at our followup appts for him and we didn't think that he respects his patients time along with reaffirming to him that I do no see ANY RESULTS, WHICH HE AGREED I HAVE NO RESULTS - that I would like my money back. He said he will talk to the office manager and get back to me. WELL, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME. THIS DR. AND OFFICE HAS ABSOLUTELY ZERO CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS. (See pic- I'm not leaning!) Told me to heal & he would fix everything. Came back & he ordered the nurse out of exam room while I was naked! She protested- he insisted & I was scared. His "smile" disappeared as he told me to stop wasting his time and go lose 35lbs. I'm 5'7 & 153lbs- was a little heavier then- but not much. Hospital protected him- even after acknowledging he broke major protocol by trapping me NAKED and ALONE in a room with him.
