So I pay for the skates and am expecting to walk out with them, but no they need to be sharpened (included in the purchase). Being Saturday, there were lots of kids bringing their skates in to be sharpened. You would think that someone who just bought skates would go to the front of the line, get their skates sharpened and then they could be free to leave. The shop decides to put the skates we are buying in the back of a huge line of skates and make us sit around for an hour. Of course they didn't tell us what they were doing, they just made us wait. Then when I asked to speak to a manager about my displeasure of wasting an hour of my time, a kid named Rob told me the "managers were too busy to speak with me." What do you think? Should I shop there again? Seems like they don't care about my business.

At first, I purchased a beautiful motorcycle, but unfortunately, due to brain fog, I wasn't able to pass the motorcycle test. When I returned to the shop, Steve and "Mother Theresa," as I call her, showed me true compassion. They listened, understood, and worked with me to find the best alternative. They got me into a new moped that didn't require the same licensing. On top of that, Mother Theresa generously gifted me an $80 helmet -- completely free -- just to help ease my burden. They even went above and beyond by writing a note for the DMV to simplify the process of switching from motorcycle to moped plates. I needed metallic poms with a quick turn around and this was the only website I could find that was…read morenot out of stock in the colors I needed. They were much more expensive than other sites, I paid extra for shipping but still didn't get them as quick as other sites, and the quality was not nearly as good as the same poms from a different vendor (cheerleading.com). When I called the company, they assured me that ordering the same size (6" poms) would get me the same pair I already had, but made in the USA. When I pulled them out of the box, not only were they much flatter (they say you can 'fluff' them but trust me, it's a challenge), but the overall size was smaller too. They look at least a third smaller than the pair from cheerleading.com despite being the same 6" strands. Both pairs pictured are straight from the box and the photo truly doesn't do the quality justice. The strands were more crinkled and they aren't as showy. The woman on the phone seemed annoyed I called late in the day and while I'm happy I got what I ordered, I am looking forward to purchasing from a different vendor next time.
