After repair, done exactly as we asked.

Fantastic. They are super fast & did a great job. And just as important, they listened to the customer's needs. It was a relatively small damage to the driver's side front panel. The bumper's corner, headlight & turn signal was mangled. The engine and hood were undamaged. I previously went to 4 other locations to get an estimate. The 1st said they work only with insurance companies. The 2nd wasn't able to take the car for several weeks, but we made an appointment nevertheless. Once dropped off, they took 2 weeks to give us an estimate and it was outrageously high! The car is 18 yrs old and this estimate was well over the worth of the car and included repairing damages from a previous accident that we had clearly said not to include! Took the car to a 3rd place that was willing to do the estimate that same day, though they came in at half of the 1st crazy high estimate, they qualified their estimate by saying the cost could increase tremendously once they open up and look more closely. The 4th estimator said they didn't have any openings for at least 3 weeks. Due to the long wait for a 3rd estimate, we went back to the 2nd estimator (3rd place) to see if we could work something out, but they too refused- not only did they include the previous damage but they too needed to work with the insurance! They suggested seeing Fischer's. Fischer's told us to come by any time to get an estimate. Their estimate was similar to our 2nd estimate. When we asked Fischer's not to repair or replace the hood because it was unnecessary, as it had minor damage from a previous accident, they agreed. They also reduced our costs by not using OEM parts. When we asked them to cut back on the "cosmetic" aspects of the repair so they don't have to match the exact color, they agreed! And we were able to leave the car there. Three business days later the car was ready! The car is dark gray so they replaced the bumper with a black one and painted the side panel with a dark gray. They did exactly what we asked for and kept it below our budget. We are definitely going back to them for any future body work.

Reasonable prices, reasonable turnover time and he was willing to accommodate and not charge me extra when work ran longer than planned. Would definitely recommend and will go back again!

We had a body guy from church do the door work. He did a great job but he is not a painter. We tried to take it to a Bodyshop on GW Hiway. But they closed up for a few days and stopped returning calls. I took it Jason at Color Solutions. He looked it over and gave us a very fair estimate for the paint. He scheduled us for after Thanksgiving. We brought it in, and they took over the job. Two days later we got cell pics showing the re-done paint. Picked it up the next day (That was earlier today) and we are very pleased with their work. It's a two-year-old metallic silver Ford. They did a really awesome job of matching the color as well as blending it to the factory paint. You have to look really hard at the panels to notice where they blended the paints. These folks are very talented, professional, excellent communication and on time. I would not hesitate to use them again! Great job by your team Jason! Thank you!

LOVE LOV LOVE this place…read more I was recommended this repair shop by several friends/coworkers. I could not have been any more satisfied and relieved after working with a repair shop!! Daniel did AN AMAZING job on my car and was BEYOND helpful. I could tell that he was truly interested in making sure I was taken care of. Long story short, there was a lot of damage to my front end from an accident in January of this year and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so i had to pay out of pocket. I went to 4 other collision repair centers and they all quoted me at worst case scenario just as Dan did, and they were $2-3k higher than Dan's estimate. I got my car back in 3 days and my baby looks BRAND NEW!!!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone I know looking for repairs. Very, very satisfied! :)

I found this shop close to me and the reviews were good! Now I know why. Not only was the work done on my car great but Daniel is such nice and honest man. The time to fix my car was short but the service I got was awesome! I got calls updating me on the progress and process and when I picked up my car the whole thing was vacuumed like I had just bought it. There were a couple things that needed to be touched up, normal stuff and not a reflection of his work. I'm also having additional work on a totally non related part of my car fixed with him next week. Definitely recommend and will definitely have any work I need done in the future done by him.

Front desk asked for the insurance I was under then had me sign a paper for agreements and such. After those two things were done, I gave her my key and went on with my day. Whole ordeal went for a total of, I want to say, 10-15 minutes. After a few days, I got an email entailing the estimate. All was fair but I noticed they decided to replace my entire headlight even though I checked my car beforehand and the headlight was totally okay, no scratches or cracks. I was a bit upset about an extra $750 added to the estimate but oh well. I noticed a few of the reviews complained about a long wait so I called a few reasonable times for updates. Dropped off my car on Sep. 2, got it back Sep. 12. Went to go pick up my car, paid my deductible, and left that place in under 10 minutes. I'm overall satisfied with this place honestly. It was clean, everyone was polite, and while this area did seem ghetto, I said F it and just prayed to God that my car would be fine.

It was a friendly office from the receptionist to the Service Advisor handling my repairs. The Service Advisor took my keys & listened to my concern about the remote no longer causing the car to beep. He asked if the horn was working. I had no idea since I'm not in Brooklyn right now, where horns are an important requirement for proper driving etiquette. He checked & it wasn't. We went back inside and I waited while he went into his office & worked up an estimate. While waiting I was very impressed with the receptionist/customer service employee's phone demeanor. She was wonderful handling customers who were upset because their parts hadn't come in. I totally empathized with her. For decades I had owned a business that was completely dependent on the manufacturer to furnish parts. Customers can be brutal over something out of the business's control. When she wasn't busy I went up & praised her telephone skills. We shared stories & I felt like I had known her forever. When the Service Manager presented me with the estimate it looked very reasonable. He told me my insurance company would cover 100%. YAY! Parts would be ordered & I would receive a call when they came in. When I brought the car back for the repair my Service Advisor asked if I needed a rental. Having another vehicle I declined. Upon every visit & periodically I would receive text updates, which I absolutely loved. My vehicle was in the center for repair about a work week. When I arrived for pickup my Service Advisor first hit the lock button on the remote to show me my important "finding vehicle in parking garage" feature worked again. The repair itself looked perfect & has a lifetime warranty. He knew I wanted to get home before dark & asked if I had a rental to return. Pointing to my other vehicle I told him that I didn't get a rental. He then was concerned about my getting my other vehicle home, which I thought was absolutely above & beyond what most people would do. When he learned I had a friend drive it he said that I'd better go since it would soon be dark. The collision center is behind the dealership on a side street. Going west on Virginia Beach Boulevard turn right at the traffic light just past the dealership. Then turn right at the next street. The Collision Center is on the south side of the street, Homes line the opposite side of the road. The Collision Center does work for a number of insurance companies. Plaques and certificates line one wall. Almost every person that came in was working with a different insurance company. I can understand why this is the Collision Center of choice for many companies. Their employees, work & attention to detail are superb.

I get there to pick it up and not only is it FILTHY, it was not repaired correctly from the accident.
