This was a super quick visit for me, but I must tell you about my one and only experience. I did a Google search and this store was featured as one of the top collision centers in the area. Because of their ranking and I also read no appointments are needed to receive an estimate, I immediately called to inquire more. I spoke to a young lady prior to my arrival and she assured me that no appointment was necessary to complete an estimate. There also wasn't a cost associated with the estimate. So I arrived during a week day about 4:30 pm and there was no wait in line. I filled out a short form and Todd came out to greet me within minutes. By the way, the center smelled so good inside... you couldn't even tell you were even close to/inside a body shop! Todd's energy immediately caused an awestruck effect! We walked outside and he was super animated in surveying my car. He asked a few questions...before I knew it, I was in an out in less than 15 minutes. This location is deep out the beach, but it was worth every mile driven. I felt super comfortable from beginning to end. If you need body work done on your vehicle, THIS is the place to go. In a rare stroke of bad luck, I got into a minor fender-bender just a week after purchasing my new Toyota RAV 4. In another stroke of bad luck, the damage was *just* enough to need multiple pieces of the left side of my car replaced. I took my car there for the estimate, and I was first greeted by the front desk staff who were friendly and personable. Then the manager (Todd) personally came out to inspect my vehicle. He was thorough and explained each finding and the necessary parts/fix that would need to be completed. After completing the estimate, we scheduled a time for drop off and pick up. Based on the damage, the estimated time for completion was two weeks. I received multiple update calls every three days or so from the shop letting me know what stage they were at on the repairs. They ultimately finished the car two days ahead of schedule, and I swear when I went to pick it up, it looks better than it did when I purchased it! They color matched the paint perfectly, my interior was so clean (it'll never be that clean again, I promise you!), and everything works wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend this locally owned shop to anyone who needs car repairs. From start to finish it was a perfect customer service experience, and the quality of the work is impeccable. read more

I've seen the clear coat they lay. Heckler spies is the brand and it looks like a med- high solid clear. As far as I know these are the only folks who will spray such expensive stuff for repair jobs. These guys I think are also tesla approved ... They are the only shop in town who can meet the standard ...next closest one is in Richmond. Customer service was top notch and they left nothing to be desired ...they recommend to my insurance all oem replacement parts... And as weird as it sounds the part they redid looks better than when the car pulled off the showroom floor!. No swirls in the fresh paint, no fish eye, perfect wet sand, and the paint looks like glass that was dipped in paint. 0 orange peel... Come here first and save yourself the headaches. These guys are my go-to from here on out. The shops my insurance company recommended couldn't even come close to this quality. These guys can turn your car from wreck to show car and showroom crisp. If you have to take your car for any body repairs TAKE IT HERE!!! They have great customer service, they did additional work on top of my insurance repair work with no extra charge (they sanded down chips in my hood that they didn't have to) and my car came out looking seriously 10x better than when I bought it in March. They did my grill bumper repainted hood fixed chips in hood all kinds of stuff!! Looks amazing definitely take it here if you can! I was lucky enough to find Dream Collision a week ago on Yelp and took a leap of faith after reading comments and seeing that they were five stars. I got in a fender bender last Tuesday and Dream Collision was nothing but punctual and professional. They did an incredible fixing my 03 Kia Sorento. Worth every penny! My 2016 car already had many dents and even a big gouge from parking lot incidents and I decided to save up and take it to the best place to make her look brand new. From the initial phone call with Brittany and checking it in with Savannah (awesome front desk people!) to my consultation with Todd, everything was A+.
