Horrible customer service from their service department. I took my 2016 Sorento in to get the Theft recalls addressed and have them check a coolant leak which is covered by the new "Extended Warranty" I was sent by Kia. Kia has realized after 7 years that head bolts ripping out of the block causing a Head Gasket Failure is something they actually owned and should address. Based on this, I take my vehicle in and they diagnose that there is a leaking water pump and Radiator hose. Per the letter from Kia: "If, at any time within the extended warranty period, you experience a coolant leak, coolant smell, and/or engine temperature indicator near "H" mark on the instrument panel cluster, your Authorized Kia Dealership will diagnose the cause free of charge to you. " (Actually bolded and underlined in the letter.) So after they diagnose the water pump they proceed to tell me that I have to pay the Diagnostic fee due to the cause being the water pump and not the head gasket. I disagreed based on the clear coverage and wording from Kia above noting that the diagnosis was for a coolant leak not specifically for a head gasket. The Service Manager (Chris) dropped the charge to $70 for the diagnostic and noted in the service ticket that I refused to pay the charge and that they "will no longer continue business with customer." This whole incident goes beyond the total lack of support and resolution to my ongoing coolant / head gasket issues I have had on my Kia Sorrento for over 2 years. If a dealership is not going to support the customer, or their manufacturer, with even the most basic of support and customer service, then I don't think people should do business with that dealership. Similarly, if this is how one dealership in the network (George Gee) is willing to treat a customer, then you can assume the whole network will do the same. To be clear I involved the GM (Brian) of the dealership in my communication, and this was still the end result after asking at least twice to discuss an alternate solution or resolution path. Lessons learned. * Don't buy a Kia.... Ever * Don't do business with any George Gee Dealership. Which should not be an issue since they don't want me to do business with them anyways. If a new car dealership is willing to "fire" a customer over $70, then I would be very concerned about expecting any real customer service from them.

The jeep they sold me that, after 60 days of driving, seized on the highway because they didn't pressure test the radiator.

The engine on the used jeep they sold me had a faulty radiator cap, and seized on the highway 60 days after I purchased it from them. Had they done a proper inspection they would have caught it and replaced the faulty radiator cap, But they don't care. No accountability from these guys. Take your business elsewhere!

We just purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage at George Gee in CDA and it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had in a long time.

I had a great buy experience with suraj Kendia and Brandon carrasco when I bought my 2025 subaru outback back in August 2025. When I bought the car I also purchase the maintenance package, thinking it would help save me from having to keep the receipt for the maintenance that I would do my self or having another shop do. I have had issues at 2,128 miles, 5,501 miles, 5,523 miles, 6,201 miles, 10,663 miles. Issues ranging Check engine lights, eye sight disabling, Driver side windows slow to roll up, left side of steering wheel fraying, Airbag Code after service, window code after servicing windows for slow roll up. My last service was probably the worst one yet, I was scheduled for a oil change and tire rotation, Not only did the service take almost 2 hours. Once I had received my car after service, I had called my boyfriend to let him know how it went. When I informed him that they said my front break where 10MM and rears where at 8 MM with my tire tread depth being 7/32 second. My cabin and engine air filter passing as clean. My boyfriend was a bit suspicious about these numbers so he had me stop my his shop as he is a mechanic. Once my boyfriend got to look at my car my front breaks where a 7 and the rears at 5, cabin and engine air filter are dirty. Tired tread at 6/32 on all 4 tires, oil was over filled by about a quart over. My oil drain plug was lose and oil was leaking out, and the oil filter rim was full of oil as well. This is not the first time I have had a sloppy job from parker subaru. When I called Parker subaru I was asked to return to the shop, this time I brought my boyfriend with me. They brought us out to the shop and showed us everything. They where using the break checker wrong, and the tire depth reader wrong as well. They drained my oil and refilled it. I would never suggest using Parker subaru service department, take your cars else where or learn to service them yourself.

From start to finish, he was incredibly patient, especially since I had to wait on insurance and things took longer than expected. Not once did he make me feel rushed or pressured; instead, he took the time to listen carefully, answer all my questions, and make sure every single one of my needs was met. He was also super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience far less stressful and actually enjoyable. On top of that, he and the dealership were incredibly accommodating with my three wild kids who were tagging along, something I truly appreciated more than I can say. They were kind, understanding, and made us all feel welcome. If you're looking for someone who is professional, personable, patient, and truly cares about his customers, Jeff (JJ) is your guy. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would recommend him without hesitation! I also have to give a huge shout-out to JJ's manager (I wish I remembered his name!) who was just as fantastic, super helpful, absolutely hilarious, full of great stories, and even willing to babysit some munchkins while I took the car I was buying out for a test drive. That level of care and teamwork truly says a lot.

I received a call from Jessie telling me that they inspected my car (this was not requested) and he told me I had 6900 worth of work that needed to be done. I told Jessie that he was only to re-fix the air conditioner that they failed to fix the first time. Then he told me that a new circuit board for the air conditioner would be 2900 but he could get me a used one and installed for 900.00 with a 6 month warranty. I told him to go ahead with that option. I went to pick up my car today. Well, Jessie proceeded to tell me that that used board that he installed was not to fix my air conditioning, it was needed to diagnose the problem. WHAT?? I know that I am not alone in experiencing the most unethical dealership in Northern Idaho. I would love to hear from everyone else who has had to deal with this unprofessional group.

He suggested that we consider a 2026 Passport, which was similar to a Pilot, but more capable in winter driving conditions, as well as in moderate off-road scenarios. We have purchased several Hondas in the past, and, aside from the outstanding dependability that the brand has always offered us, we truly value the fact that we've never felt pressured by a Honda salesperson while shopping for a car. I am pleased to report that this experience was no exception. In fact, I believe this was the best car buying experience we have ever encountered. Tyler's very professional, easygoing personality and impressive knowledge ultimately convinced us to specifically buy our new vehicle at Coeur d'Alene Honda. We found my daughter a car with low miles and a good price. Living in a different state, I asked the dealer to put the car up on a hoist and give me a video tour. I got a 3-4 second video. I asked about two known typical problems with that make/model..."Our mechanics went through everything. Those are in excellent shape! Nothing to worry about. This car runs awesome!" Now, I like to believe the best in people, so we purchased the car. It shipped across the country and arrived with 3" of water in the trunk (dealer failed to mention the convertible top had a leak). Both glove boxes are broken. The dipstick is broken off. Oh! And the two problems I asked about? Turns out they needed to be fixed -- which tells me two things. First, the mechanics didn't do their inspection very well. Second, the dealer straight up lied. And the convertible top sensor was held in place by cardboard and tape. So what happened when I called the dealer? "We'll look into that and I'll get back to you." What happened when I didn't hear anything back after two weeks? I called his boss and mentioned that I've spent as much fixing the car as I spent on the car. "We'll look into that and I'll get back to you." When I asked about the warranty? "That's not valid because we can't do the work since you live in another state." That was 4 weeks ago, still haven't heard back. If you see a car you like here, run the other direction. Avoid this place at all costs...or it will likely cost you a bunch.
