When I went to collect the form after asking and waiting for it to be completed as required by my employer, the form still wasn't filled out as required. It's been almost a whole month of waiting and not being able to work at this point. Also, throughout this unnecessarily dragged out process, the lady at the front desk had an attitude at times for no apparent reason. As a clinician with years of management experience, I'm very disappointed in the lack of quality customer service. I am beyond grateful that I have found this office. They have helped me switch medications that weren't working for me and obtain new ones that would be a better fit. They work around the clock and respond to messages quickly. Nurse Bovell has been beyond helpful for me through the messaging system!! One thing that I want to emphasize is the fact that the staff always is so pleasant, personable, and attentive! This is not the norm at all doctor's offices and sometimes you can feel as if you are being a bother or you can feel rushed out. This is not the case at Dr. Savard's as the entire office makes sure that your needs are met and even if you have more questions, they are patient with you. We love that they actually LISTEN to their patients and take into consideration what their patients are asking for care wise, be it shots schedule for our sons or medical issues for us. They do not take any new patients with out one, I wasn't told that the day I personally made the appointment at his office. Besides that, his office do not follow the COVID-19 guidelines. Too many patients inside on a small waiting section without proper ventilation, too hot that I had to takeoff my overcoat. Patients not wearing a mask and seating too close to each other. I left and happy that that I did, thinking if this is the outside his office I'm wondering how are his inpatients rooms?? I wrote him a personal letter in which I never received a reply. There's plenty of other doctors that are more professional and do follow guidelines especially during Covid-19.
