When I called to explain the situation and let him know that I am a single mother experiencing financial hardship, his response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or taking accountability, he told me to call the 1-800 number and then blocked my phone number, effectively cutting off communication. This experience was disappointing and stressful, especially given our long-standing client relationship. I expected professionalism, transparency, and support--none of which were provided. I would strongly caution others to ensure their coverage changes are properly handled and documented. UPDATE - He is saying I am crazy but can not give proof he has sent zero proof updating rate after I sent him income proof. What kind of insurance broker calls his clients crazy.
