I have been a client of Next Level Insurance for three years, working directly with Kerry Nelson. I informed him that my household income had changed and trusted that my insurance plan would be adjusted accordingly. Unfortunately, he failed to make the necessary updates, which resulted in me being charged double for my coverage. When I called to explain the situation and let him know that I am a single mother experiencing financial hardship, his response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or taking accountability, he told me to call the 1-800 number and then blocked my phone number, effectively cutting off communication. This experience was disappointing and stressful, especially given our long-standing client relationship. I expected professionalism, transparency, and support--none of which were provided. I would strongly caution others to ensure their coverage changes are properly handled and documented. UPDATE - He is saying I am crazy but can not give proof he has sent zero proof updating rate after I sent him income proof. What kind of insurance broker calls his clients crazy. The emails are not rude. He is racist , mean , and if you read his Glassdoor feedback he may have a issue with women. I am going to BBB , Insurance board , and state. read more
