When I called to explain the situation and let him know that I am a single mother experiencing financial hardship, his response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or taking accountability, he told me to call the 1-800 number and then blocked my phone number, effectively cutting off communication. This experience was disappointing and stressful, especially given our long-standing client relationship. I expected professionalism, transparency, and support--none of which were provided. I would strongly caution others to ensure their coverage changes are properly handled and documented. UPDATE - He is saying I am crazy but can not give proof he has sent zero proof updating rate after I sent him income proof. What kind of insurance broker calls his clients crazy. She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example.
