So, I called the carrier directly for a quote. They directed me to my local agency as they weren't able to connect me directly on their end. The lady was out of the office and had forwarded her office phone to her cell. She answers with a hello... lady.. what professionalism is that? How about identifying the business you are answering the call for? She tells me she's out of the office and will be back in 1/2hr. It's been 2 plus weeks. She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example. I rather pay more to AAA, but at least they are professional and respectful. Beyond disappointing! read more

Raj is the best insurance agent I have ever had. I have been his customer for about 4 to 5 years now. His ability to find the cheapest rates never ceases to amaze me. For about 4 years, I was paying a low rate for two cars (both mine and my ex-wife's). Under this plan, we were allowed to drive both cars. How did I know our rate was cheap? We had been shopping around and we were not satisfied with our rates until we got a quote from Raj. Then a few years later, my wife and I got divorced. Because of the divorce, I only needed to have my own car insured. Instead of informing Raj about the change, I decided to shop around online for a cheap rate just for my own car. I had temporarily forgotten why my wife and I chose to be Raj's customers in the first place about 4 to 5 years ago. I got about 20 quotes from inquiring online. Out of these, I picked the lowest one. I was quite satisfied. When I called Raj and told him I wanted to cancel my insurance, he asked me how much my new monthly premium would be. When I told him the amount, he said he could find something cheaper than that. At first I did not quite believe him because the rate I had found online was claimed to the cheapest ever. But I decided to give Raj a chance to search for a cheaper rate anyway. Astonishingly, in a couple of days, he was able to find a much cheaper rate than the one I was about to go for. I simply could not believe it!!! I later apologized to him for doubting him and greatly appreciated what he had done for me. Raj truly understands the needs of his customers.
