Great great doctor, but his staff are unhelpful to an unreasonable extent. I will go as far as to say they are unhelpful on purpose.

A good friend recommended DLV and so I made an appointment and went to see if they could persuade me to hand over my vision to them, I was very skeptical because my vision was bad but not bad enough to be desperate for lasik. So anything less than an excellent result would have been a problem for me. From intake, to the initial exams, to the amazing closer/administrator Diana, the process was INSANELY human and warm and detailed. I saw so many specialists (surgeon, ophthalmology, optometry, lenses, etc) They made me feel completely in control, spent hours with me, gave me all the options and explanations I needed to feel fully comfortable moving forward. They even pushed forward my secondary screening to the same day so I could schedule the surgery for the soonest possible date. In the end my vision is exactly what was promised if not better. LASIK is not a cure all for 20/20 near and far, it has trade-offs, and Dr Dougherty explained all of these perfectly and exactly what he said would happen came true. I chose monovision to try and reduce the chances of or delay needing reading glasses. The monovision KICKS ASS. I can see my phone close up and perfect 10/20 far vision at the same time! Anyways, highly recommend. Top notch people, top notch process. Thank you DLV!

He is congenial and an absolute expert. I chose to have PIE surgery and cataract surgery with Dr. Khanna. I only trust him! With PIE surgery I no longer need distance or reading glasses. I have never seen better in MY LIFE! The pre-op was so meticulous and professional that my fears faded away. After two years I still see 20/15! Dr. Khanna is a perfectionist. His follow up was precise and thorough. He is never satisfied with DMV vision 20/40. He will give you perfection. If you want a DMV doctor then there are many available. If you want the best go to Dr. Khanna as he is the best. The top of the pyramid. BTW if you are concerned about age, I had my PIE surgery at age 71! Patients fly in from all over the world for him. His staff is terrific. They are perfectionists as well. They are congenial and you will never be hurried. In summary, do you want DMV vision or perfection? Do you want assembly line care or meticulous care? Do you want an around town vehicle or a Rolls Royce? The choice is yours.

Best thing about his depressing office is Blue and the insurance lady. Steer clear from this old geezer!!! I put up with this crotchety geezer far too long. He gives old people a bad name!! Cant tell you how dreadful and depressing this office is. Just horrible. Needs to have retired fifty years ago, greedy beyond words and oh cant emphasize how mean and nasty he is. Just horrid . Thank God I found a breath of fresh air in young amazing Dr Dong Yang. Hate to recommend her for fear she will become over booked!! Absolute pleasure visiting her and with retina issues these visits are fairly often. Sorry for anyone stuck with the old scrooge Diddie. Miserable experience. Plus his hands shake and he left my poor husband's eyes increasingly sore and blood shot with his undoubtedly unnecessary injections. Patronizing disgusting attitude!!!

First of all Kat went out of her way to help me get my records faxed over from the other eye doctor's office. Second, Valerie took me back to the exam room and was extremely detailed in going over my history. Dr. Zhang was extremely knowledgeable, put plugs in my eyes & explained everything in detail to me. I trusted her in everything she did. Plus the eye drop prescription Vevye is a game changer. First time I feel relief from dry eye for hours. Her assistant, Natalia was so kind and helpful. I originally went in for a lasik consultation, but after the initial examination my corneas were just too thin. Dr. Zhang told me that I was right on the cusp of being eligible, but she didn't want to take a chance and I could not be more grateful for the use of caution. I have been through more eye trauma in the past 5 years, so for her to err on the side of caution just made me respect her even more. She gave me the best options for my situation (either PRK or ICL) and did not pressure me either way. She wanted me to be fully comfortable and confident in my choice. I decided on PRK surgery and today I am 5 days out of surgery and am doing great. Vision is still a bit blurry which is to be expected only 5 days out of surgery with PRK, but I can already tell how much my world has improved by having Dr. Zhang take care of me. I would recommend anyone who has ever thought of vision corrective surgery to go see Dr. Zhang for a consultation. She is open and honest and transparent with every step of the process. I am so thankful to her and her team for all they have done for me.

For…read morethe last few years, it has been a common occurrence to be left waiting by yourself for up to 1.5 hours in the examination room by your self, even through you have booked the first appointment in the morning. It is fairly obvious that you are just a source of income for Dr. Vosoghi and he has little consideration for your needs. If do think that he is a very capable doctor, however he does not explain things very well (several years ago the need for me to have an operation was sprung on me without discussion) and he does not even apologize for making you wait for well over an hour, or even seem to consider that the waiting may be impacting your own personal work schedule. Furthermore, his reception staff are arrogant and treat you with contempt. Even when trying to make an appointment 6 months out, they will only give you one option, and when you inform them that that time does not work, they refuse to offer alternatives.

As someone who is a very nervous patient and generally uncomfortable with medical appointments,I can honestly say that Dr. Vosoghi has completely earned my trust. He is kind, patient, calm and extremely thorough. I genuinely believe Im in the best possible hands with my glaucoma treatment. Yes, the office can sometimes run behind schedule but that small inconvenience is far outweighed by the quality of care Dr. Vosoghi provides. He is a leading glaucoma specialist and the peace of mind I have knowing he is managing my vision is something I wouldn't trade for anything. My husband feels exactly the same way - we both feel incredibly lucky to be his patients. His team (especially Roseana & Alex) is also very warm and professional and they clearly work hard to support the high level of care Dr. Vosoghi gives. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Vosoghi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and highly skilled glaucoma doctor.
