The tool was $32 to rent and when you return it within 48hrs you get your money back, was a easy process and very helpful. The employees here usually greet you and/or ask if you need help finding anything. The rewards card they have has been useless to me, I have never received anything from it. If you need anything for your vehicle they will have it or can get it with a wait on some items. The store is right off the freeway if you need to pull off while traveling and is open 7 days a week.

The store clerk went to my car and diagnosed that it was in fact the alternator. They had the correct part in stock and let me borrow a tool I didn't bring with me. I was having trouble finishing the install when the clerk came out and helped me finish the fix. This was amazing customer service for a retail store. I will now support all my local O'reilly because of the helpful support I received while in desperate need.

I grabbed a random gas treatment, accepted my confusion, and went to pay. Enter Salvador at the register. Salvador did the look. You know the one--where someone glances at an item and silently says, "Are you sure about that?" Instead of letting me make a questionable life choice, he kindly asked what I was looking for. I told him I wanted something to help improve my mileage for a road trip. He was refreshingly honest and said he wasn't sure about the one I picked (which I fully agreed with).
