Color consultant showed up once and when we needed more options, told us to go to Sherwin Williams and buy our own samples. Job was subbed out. Terrible communication between the sub and Fortitude. Job was poorly executed. Painters had to continually go out to buy more paint. Two weeks of the painters jumping from room to room. Just saw that they painted over the woodwork on top of the doors. Drywall repairs were poorly done. I sent Mario a long email detailing all of the issues we had. No response. If he runs his realty business as poorly as he does Fortitude you would be best to stay away from both businesses.

Long story short, our schedules became busier and I requested to get the estimate over the phone or sent through email, as other companies had easily done. I was told that can't happen and my husband would either need to be there or on the phone. My husband's job does not allow for easy planning that way. I again requested an appointment to come back without my husband as I could easily explain things to him and if he had questions,he could contact David. Nope. Could only do with my husband's presence. It is 2026. As a woman,I am fully capable of understanding an estimate and explaining it to my husband. It isn't like I am trying to sneak an a/c unit in our house. I opted to not get the estimate and go with another company that was very easy to work with and communication was effortless. David did offer to come on a Sunday, the one day my husband has off. By that time, I was too frustrated to even bother.
