Initially they were under different ownership and things were much better...we even recommended them to friends because of the confidence we become accustomed to with this company. After the change in ownership the company started really slipping in a noticeable and costly way. There is also a very real issue with how professional this company is run-from the staff to the plumbers that are sent to do the actual work. I'm just going to say that I have lost any trust or respect for this company. I would not recommend them to anyone..not anyone! I liken it to knowingly flushing your hard earned money down the toilet. That's how my husband and I both feel after so many disastrous experiences with Fletcher Plumbing. The gas company said Allen Curry Plumbing was the suggested installer. After an initial delay which was my fault for not calling to schedule they took my card number over the phone for the permit. A few days later they came to install and did a decent job, though clean-up wasn't their strong suit. I was satisfied with the work and waited for the permit. After numerous calls and many promises it's 5 months later and no permit. Today I called for a refund and was told it was "pulled on the 8th and we'll set up inspection for tomorrow (13th)." He told us he would start and never did. Called saying he couldn't start since he had other jobs open. But he had our permit in hand. THIS HAS BEEN ON GOING SINCE APRIL 29,2025! And now Jon ( Jonathan T Labruyere owner on all Public documents) but Jon Shrout is who came to the house and took both our deposits will not return a call, txt or email. We just called again today and it says the 352-504-5101 is no longer accepting calls. So either he changed his number or is now out of business. Either way he took 2 deposits and never did the job. He should be returning the deposits. Jon told us he would start the job the week of July 9, 2025 but he was a no show. We have called every single day and absolutely no response! Today I got an email back saying his email doesn't not exist from my 2nd email saying I was contacting the attorney general and an attorney along with the FTC. I stated all we want back is our deposit since is he so unprofessional and obviously not doing the job. I have called the health department and they said no permit was issued.
