My husband and I love fish cakes so we had to give them a try. They were cod fish cakes, baked just like the window said. They do sell out fast so call to check if it's available or come earlier in the day. They were really good, a little more on the potato side if that's what you're into, but still delicious. The cookie was 6/10. It was a large and very flat cookie. Not sure what the baking trick is to prevent your cookie batter from spreading out to far and neither do they. The cookie consistency was a crispy around the edge with a soft chewy center. I ate the whole thing. There is secure WiFi although it seemed to have difficulty reaching the deck. If you walked to Signal Hill you should stop at the Battery Cafe because you'll walk right past it and you deserve it. The Newfoundland sundae with jam and ice cream is worth ordering on a warm day.
