Utilized the online website to submit an appointment request. Later returned a missed phone call about said appointment request, and spoke to a different associate. The associate I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't find me anywhere in the system, and sincerely treated me as if I was either stupid or lying to her (tone, condescension, couldn't believe what I was saying). I had a 3:30 appointment and I did not see the eye doctor until 4:45! I shouldn't complain though, he and the checkout was so efficient I was in my car by 4:55! read more

I really had a good experience there for years, but since I moved to FL, and have been asking for my records for over 2 weeks with no response after 3 phone calls and email. Needing a new pair of glasses that were damaged, if anything just send me that prescription! I guess I'm not spending $$$ there anymore that's why. read more

Worst optometrist in the world. Phone staff is rude and unprofessional. They take your money and don't deliver product and then don't refund your money. Absolute crooks!!! read more

I bought $1800 worth of glasses from this place. They cut the wrong size lenses for my sunglasses. They had to send them back to the lab. It's been two months. No glasses. They say when they send to lab they lose control. What kind of business loses control of their customers glasses? One that should be out of business! Don't do business with this office. Your asking for trouble!! read more

The best eye doctor on the lake! I have been going to Dr. Perry for years. My son, who has been wearing glasses since he was 7, still sees Dr. Susan. My son is 24 now. Dee ALWAYS helps me pick out some funky frames. Wonderful staff, wonderful doctors, and a great atmosphere. I will be a patient for life! read more

What a great experience! First of all, the welcoming staff member was so friendly and helpful with my insurance. After a very short wait, Emily brought me back and provided me with the most thorough eye exam I have EVER had. She was so well trained that I had to ask her if she was an Optometrist. The diagnostic equipment used was state of the art. Then I met with Dr. Lee. What a nice, knowledgeable person! He listened to my concerns, gave me his diagnosis and reviewed my treatment protocol. Even though I could tell that they were busy ( due to the cars in the parking lot ) he never made me feel rushed and took plenty of time tending to my needs. I was an orthodontist for 35 years and always did my best to make sure that both myself and my staff gave our patients the best experience possible. Just don't. You will end up going year after year...and continuously get lenses that are cut incorrectly or the axis is off or this or that...after each yearly exam. If you are lucky, after multiple trips back and forth and multiple lens exchanges...you may end up with lenses that are somewhat better...but still not entirely accurate...but at least "better". However, you will be so exhausted from the process that you will accept them and be thankful because at least they are somewhat better than the 6 previous attempts on the same prescription. 6 attempts or more each year I may add. Excuses range from oh your eye is this and that to "we have had problems with this lab". Funny though...when you try on your glasses from a previous eye clinic in another city...they managed to get the lenses cut properly The lab excuse gets old...especially when they have changed labs at least once during your 3 year debacle trying to get just ONE correct set of lenses out of 3 years of annual exams. The office and waiting area is pretty. You get free coffee and for the most part the staff is friendly...unless you continue to request the correct lenses. They have even admitted they have given me incorrectly cut lenses repeatedly. But alas...the neck pain from having to hold your head backward or tilting the arms of your glass frames 2 inches above your ears in order to read a computer screen...is not worth the cost of admission. Just buy your own coffee and skip this place...your neck and your leave time on repeat trips will thank you for it read more

My adult daughter from NYC was visiting the Atlanta area on her way to Lake Oconee last weekend when she had a significant eye injury; Multiple corneal abrasions and a lot of pain. She checked with several eye clinics and emergency rooms in Atlanta, but no one could see her without a significant wait. We called Lake Oconee Eye Care (where my wife and I are happy, long time patients) and were able to get her an appointment in a few hours. She was seen by Dr. Perry Lee who checked the damage and provided excellent treatment late on Friday afternoon the 29th of December. But he was concerned about how the healing of the cornea might progress over the next couple of days. So he asked my daughter to come back on Saturday morning. She was happy to do so but was surprised when she found out that the office is not open on Saturday and Dr. Lee would be there just to treat her. The cornea was not quite healed on Saturday and the eyeball had begun to swell so Dr. Lee prescribed some additional drops and said he would meet her back the next day. The cornea was healed by Sunday, New Year's Eve and Dr. Lee gave her the green light to travel home to NYC and get a final check from an eye doctor there. She got world class eye treatment and a customer service story that we will be telling for years to come. We were lucky to have Lake Oconee Eye Care to call on. read more

As a new patient at Lake Oconee Eye Care, I walked in thinking I was just getting my annual check up and I would walk out with basically the same prescription. To my surprise, my prescription was way off and I left the office seeing better than I had in years! The crazy thing about it is that I didn't even realize just how bad my vision had gotten... I just thought this was life in contacts with dry eyes. Dr. Titak, was fantastic and put me in contacts that are comfortable, I can see better than 20/20, and no more dry eyes! I can't say enough about my experience here. I also picked up some really cute glasses. It was definitely a WIN all the way around! read more

I saw Dr. Lee last year. She gave me a wrong prescription for eyeglasses, which caused more major problems to my eyes. Also cause severe headaches and migraines. Don't waste your time in going there to get an eye exam. read more
