No courtesy calls, no updates, just empty promises. Eventually, he completely disappeared. No responses to texts, calls, or messages--just full-on ghosted me. It's clear now that he had no intention of doing the work after taking the deposit. This is unprofessional, unethical, and borderline fraudulent. After waiting almost two months on an amateur who failed miserably, I contacted Jerry, who made himself available to meet with me promptly.
