I can't say enough good things about Caleb and Abe. They did an outstanding job installing a basement pump, hot water heater, shower diverter, and toilet. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish, all at a fair price. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Caleb and Abe took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all of my questions clearly. Their workmanship was top notch, and it was obvious they take a lot of pride in what they do. I cannot say enough great things about Servicewise! To make a very long story short, the work they did for our Dunwoody Condo building required coordination with Georgia Power. Everything on Servicewise's end was done promptly and professionally. However, GA Power created unnecessary and needless red tape that was going to keep 5 families in the dark on an August night, including several elderly individuals who live in our community. Servicewise technicians Kevin, and Mitchell stayed well beyond the time that was required working to persuade GA Power to restore power overnight until a replacement part could be installed. Servicewise's owner, Mike Grayeski personally drove down to our community at 10pm to try and persuade GA Power to do the right thing. Eventually Servicewise's tireless efforts paid off and GA Power agreed to restore power at about 1am. Without Servicewise's dedication to its client, this unnecessary issue created by GA Power could've persisted across multiple hot, August days. I would recommend Servicewise to anyone! Just goes to show that most people are good! read more

I've hired some pretty awful electricians and I've hired good. I would consider Servicewise Electric to be great. I found them through a local Facebook group via another Referal in the long list of other companies and they were my first call for a bathroom remodel. Within 2 hours of my initial phone call, a technician was at my house ready to give me an estimate. We agreed upon the price and he stayed and re routed lighting from the boring, above mirror builder grade to a stunning ceiling chandelier. He also added an outlet for the new backlit mirror. Everything from phone call to project completion was done within a matter of a half a day. He ran to Home Depot, got all the supplies and it was super efficient. From start to clean up. Not only would I use them again for ANY lighting need, I would highly recommend them to anyone else! read more

Used Servicewise before, was pleased with the service and knowledge of the technician. Recently needed an electrician so called Servicewise to make an appt. I told the woman the issue and appt. was made. I explained the issue to the technician and he told me there would be a $313 TROUBLESHOOT fee! I let him know how I felt about that so he reduced the fee by $100 (still a crazy amount!). The issue was a light switch not working so the switch was replaced. The tech quoted one price for the switch and the invoice price was $20 higher! MY ISSUE: why wasn't I told about the $313 troubleshoot fee when I made the appt.? Had I known I would have looked for another electrician. I called the office to let them know how I felt and they gave me a $100 credit on my account. I will never go back to this company. Also, the woman I spoke to, I guess in an effort to justify this fee, said they have office staff and trucks to pay for. Not something customers want to hear. That's a part of doing business! Andrew and Arnie completed more than 10 hours of electrical work in our home (i.e., installed ceiling fans, GFI outlets, pendant lights, recessed lights). Pricing was quoted up front. They were very professional and accommodating while they worked around us to complete the jobs. We would definitely use them again. I used the YELP! application to get a quote from several companies on a Friday afternoon. Maggie immediately responded and we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. When the technician did not show as scheduled, I called. Maggie informed me that they had an emergency call from another customer and they cancelled my appointment so they could respond to the other customer. She said she could try to get someone out later that day but could not guarantee anything. When I expressed my disappointment about have my scheduled appointment cancelled, Maggie informed me that the other customer had a complete power outage and that took priority over me getting my doorbell repaired.
