Was terminated by the Counselor Cara due to time constraints/Lack of compliance with absolutely no…read moreflexibility to have a different time or day so I can consistently make the sessions as I was going through pivotal life changes with work and school but upon getting terminated I did not receive any resources or referrals to continue seeing other therapists/counselors. I was also told that I could still see other counselors within the practice but upon calling and asking how the process would work they would need to know the reason why it didn't workout with my first counselor to see someome else I just overall felt a complete lack of care and empathy for my situation. Plus the abandonment of not getting resources sent to me put me in a downward spiral. I would never come back to this place again.

I've been satisfied with their services so far, I am seen promptly and I have been able to reschedule my appointments when needed. I haven't been going long enough to give a thorough review, but from my experiences so far they are definitely a cut above the rest and allow students from local schools to get hands on experience in the counseling field.

This doctor hid away while telling the employees they would not do this regardless of seeing an active prescription and message from my doctor. Of course this was after they charged me the $200 fee to be seen.

I asked her where did she see the word Medicaid at on the card. She just looked at me crazy. I had to tell her it was private insurance for state employee. She fail to let me know a nurse practitioner was seeing patients there. I wish the skillset for the front end is just as skilled because they are the first ones we meet. Because I had to correct her she made sure two walk in went before me. I knew something was up when she kept looking st me crazy. I nicely got up and took a picture of the screen and alerted the nurse of what happen. I advised everyone to take a picture of the screen of where you are in the line up.​

ER wait times can be lengthy 1-3 hours depending on number and severity of trauma patients. I'd…read morerecommend calling ahead to see if beds were available if not being brought in by EMS. ER does have private rooms but the stretchers are hot, and the AC does not work well in the ER. Once admitted upstairs the beds automatically inflate to prevent bed sores. Upstairs in the Personal Care unit the nurses are compassionate and accommodating for the most part. FYI if you have any respiratory machines like cpap or bipap make sure you bring your own mask for the best fit and experience. The Cafeteria is quite good. The cardiac diet offered is very good but could definitely use more black pepper and Mrs dash and condiments to make up for low sodium.
