I informed them I just wanted to pick up my to go order which had been ready for 15 minutes. She apologized and came back 10 minutes later with my order. This was my second time at this location. There will not be a third. The service was horrible, I was ignored, and my food was cold. There was no offer of a discount or a coupon for when I came back or so sorry this happened. Disgusting service.
